Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种组合列车驾驶室导流罩,该导流罩的高度h等于半挂车的高度H,与半挂车之间的间隙W=(0.0292~0.1942)H。本实用新型从空气动力学角度入手,对驾驶室导流罩与半挂车之间的高度差及间隙进行整车风阻系数的系统优化,百公里等速油耗最多降低16%以上,有效提高了整车燃油经济性。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于驾驶室导流罩技术领域,涉及一种适用于解放牌J6P组合列车车型的组合列车驾驶室导流罩。 
背景技术:
半挂车导流罩又称导风板,可以改善汽车的空气动力性,是提高汽车的生产效率、降低燃料消耗、改善使用性能的重要措施。对于迎风面积大,行驶速度高,总体上流线性差的汽车列车、厢式半挂车等专用汽车,显得尤为重要。因此,高速公路上用的专用汽车、列车大都装有导流罩。 
随着汽车技术和高速公路的发展,汽车行驶速度日益提高,汽车在行驶时与空气相互作用的气动阻力也越来越显著,它在很大程度上影响着汽车的经济性、动力性和稳定性。汽车空气动力学数值模拟发展迅速,而通过对其进行空气动力学性能的优化,降低空气阻力系数,提高燃油经济性,可产生相当可观的经济效益。 
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种通过对驾驶室导流罩与半挂车之间的高度差及间隙进行整车风阻系数系统优化,减少列车的风阻系数,从而降低列车燃油消耗的组合列车驾驶室导流罩。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的组合列车驾驶室导流罩的高度h等于半挂车的高度H,导流罩与半挂车之间的间隙W=(0.0292~0.1313)H。 
所述导流罩与半挂车之间的间隙优选W=0.1313H。 
本实用新型从空气动力学角度入手,对驾驶室导流罩与半挂车之间的高度差及间隙进行整车风阻系数的系统优化,,百公里等速油耗最多降低16%以上,有效提高了整车燃油经济性。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,组合列车包括半挂牵引车和半挂车3,其中半挂牵引车由驾驶室1及其上安装的导流罩2组合而成,导流罩2的高度为h,半挂车3的高度为H,导流罩2与半挂车3之间的间隙为W。通过研究半挂牵引车与半挂车之间的尺寸关系确定,当h=H,且W=(0.0292~0.1942)H时,组合列车能够实现空气动力学上的最合理匹配,使整车油耗更低。 
设导流罩2和半挂车3之间的间隙为0时的阻力系数为Cd0,则组合列车最佳阻力系数为:Cd=Cd0+W/H×0.0124。 
实施例1 
导流罩2的高度h等于半挂车的高度H,导流罩2与半挂车3之间的间隙W=0.0292H。

由于每次试验的环境不同(温度、风速、风向),所以等速油耗试验应以前后差值作为参考依据,实施例3数据所选取的W=0.1942H导致油耗并未有改 善,而实施例1和实施例2的差距不大,但实施例1的成本及工艺难度远超出实施例2,所以综合考虑,选取实施例2为最优方案。
