Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种蒸发器除沫装置,包括分离器与加热器,分离器的顶部与加热器之间连接有汽相管,汽相管内安装有除沫挡板,除沫挡板的底部设有储槽,储槽与分离器之间连接有回流管。本实用新型的蒸发器除沫装置能有效去除二次蒸汽中液沫,降低了成品的损失和排放物COD含量。

本实用新型涉及一种蒸发分离设备,具体涉及一种蒸发器除沫装置。 
背景技术
在蒸发装置中,物料经加热器换热形成二次蒸汽,而后进入分离器进行汽液分离,绝大部分料液经分离后由料泵的吸附作用进入下一效进行蒸发浓缩,还有极少量的料液进入分离器后,由于料液和分离器碰撞加上分离器顶部的二次蒸汽管道的高负压吸附,会产生液沫或雾状的物料,这些液沫或雾状的物料一般会沿着管道进入到下一级加热装置,不仅会造成成品的损失,而且使蒸发冷凝水COD含量偏高,形成二次污染,给环保带来压力。 
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种能有效去除二次蒸汽中液沫的蒸发器除沫装置。 
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的蒸发器除沫装置包括分离器与加热器,所述分离器的顶部与加热器之间连接有汽相管,所述汽相管内安装有除沫挡板,所述除沫挡板的底部设有储槽,所述储槽与分离器之间连接有回流管。 
作为优选,为了在输送过程中使二次蒸汽的流速尽量均匀,所述汽相管包括竖直的上升段和水平的平流段,所述上升段的入口与分离器的顶部连通,所述平流段的出口与加热器的中部连通。 
作为优选,为了便于除沫挡板的安装并达到其与二次蒸汽的更大接触面,所述除沫挡板安装于汽相管的平流段上,所述除沫挡板的上部与汽相管的顶壁和侧壁连接,所述除沫挡板的底部是朝向储槽的自由端。 
作为优选,为了在储槽与除沫挡板之间形成收敛的U形通道,避免二次蒸汽将分理出的液滴再次带走,所述储槽呈漏斗状,所述回流管连接于漏斗状的中心。 
有益效果:本实用新型的蒸发器除沫装置在汽相管上增设除沫挡板与储槽形成的U形通道,并通过回流管将收集的液沫回收利用,能有效去除二次蒸汽中液沫,降低了成品的损失和排放物COD含量。

具体实施方式
实施例:本实用新型提供的蒸发器除沫装置的结构如图1所示,包括分离器1与加热器5,在分离器1的顶部与加热器5之间连接有汽相管2。汽相管2包括竖直的上升段和水平的平流段,其中上升段的入口与分离器1的顶部连通,平流段的出口与加热器5的中部连通,在平流段内安装有倾斜的除沫挡板4,除沫挡板4的底部设有呈漏斗状的储槽3,漏斗状的中心通过回流管与分离器1的中部连通。除沫挡板4的上部与汽相管2的顶壁和侧壁连接,除沫挡板4的底部是朝向储槽3的自由端,在储槽与除沫挡板之间形成U形的通道。 
使用时,分离器1中的二次蒸汽由顶部进入汽相管2,在平流段与除沫挡板4发生接触,其中液沫和雾状物料依附于除沫挡板4上,凝结后逐渐形成大比重的液滴下落,进入除沫挡板4下部设置的储槽3,并沿着储槽3底部的回流管进入分离器1中,而二次蒸汽沿着储槽3与除沫挡板4间的U形通道继续前进并进入加热器5中,从而实现除去二次蒸汽中雾沫的作用,尽最大可能使成品少受损失,减少蒸发冷凝水COD的含量,使整套装置更加经济,更加环保。

1.一种蒸发器除沫装置,包括分离器与加热器,所述分离器的顶部与加热器之间连接有汽相管,其特征在于:所述汽相管内安装有除沫挡板,所述除沫挡板的底部设有储槽,所述储槽与分离器之间连接有回流管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸发器除沫装置,其特征在于:所述汽相管包括竖直的上升段和水平的平流段,所述上升段的入口与分离器的顶部连通,所述平流段的出口与加热器的中部连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蒸发器除沫装置,其特征在于:所述除沫挡板安装于汽相管的平流段上,所述除沫挡板的上部与汽相管的顶壁和侧壁连接,所述除沫挡板的底部是朝向储槽的自由端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蒸发器除沫装置,其特征在于:所述储槽呈漏斗状,所述回流管连接于漏斗状的中心。
