一.技术领域
 本实用新型属于喇叭零部件领域,尤其与一种新型超薄振膜有关。
二.背景技术
近几年来,随着科技的进步,物质生活的不断提高,对高档彩电等家用
电器提出了更高的要求,要求超薄、防水、高品质的喇叭,现有喇叭振膜由圆锅形酮体和粘接在酮体上的悬边组成,悬边一般都是采用热压成型的布边或者PU材料制成的悬边,上述材料制成的悬边存在抗高温能力差,电声性能一般,功率小的缺点,随着消费者对电子产品性能要求越来越高的要求,而且圆锅形酮体存在振动幅度小、厚度较厚、功率难以扩充的缺点。
三.发明内容
    本实用新型就是针对上述喇叭存在的缺陷,提供一种超薄、环保、音质好、功率大的振膜。                      
为此,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:一种新型超薄振膜,包括垫边、折环和膜片,所述的振膜的最外沿为垫边,中间为膜片,所述的垫边与所述的膜片之间黏结有折环,其特征在于:所述的膜片形状为平板状,组成该膜片的材料为聚氨酯材料。
本实用新型具有超薄、防水性好、材料成本低、抗饱和能力强、品质因数高、稳定性好等优点。
