Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种复合振膜,所述复合振膜设有聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜和贴附于所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜表面的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。本实用新型的复合振膜在聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜上增加了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,使该复合振膜的强度较高,对环境的变化的稳定性好,可以有效地降低产品的谐振频率,扩宽频带,改善扬声器耐功率能力,且工艺简单,生产成本低。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种复合振膜及应用所述复合振膜的扬声器。
【背景技术】
随着市场需求的不断提高,手机逐渐向薄型化方向发展,而且要求其声音质量越来越好,这就要求手机中的声学器件向着小型、薄型、高音质发展。振膜是扬声器等声学器件的核心部件,对其声学性能的要求也就随之提高。
在相关技术中的振膜是通过单一的布膜或其他可热压成型材料压制而成。然而,此结构的振膜,在高频时,由于刚性不够,容易产生分割振动,影响失真和听感。另外,在实际应用中,在不影响音质的同时,为提高振膜的强度,业内常用的做法为增加振膜上局部地区的厚度,可是,单一材料制成的振膜,压成后振膜各处的厚度相同,不能满足上述要求。
因此,有必要提供一种新的复合振膜来克服上述缺点。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种声学性能好的复合振膜及应用所述复合振膜的扬声器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种复合振膜,所述复合振膜设有聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜和贴附于所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜表面的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。
优选的,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体部分覆盖所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
优选的,所述复合振膜包括位于中央的球顶和围绕球顶的折环,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体覆盖于所述复合振膜的折环处。
本实用新型还提供了一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括如上所述的复合振膜。
与相关技术的振膜相比较,本实用新型的复合振膜强度较高,对环境的变化有良好的稳定性,可以有效地降低产品的谐振频率,扩宽频带,改善扬声器耐功率能力,且工艺简单,生产成本低。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图,对本实用新型复合振膜作详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型的复合振膜1,包括位于中央的球顶13和围绕球顶的折环14。所述复合振膜设有聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(PEN)11和贴附于所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(PEN)11表面的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)12。所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)12与所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(PEN)11通过附着力粘合在一起。所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)12完全覆盖所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(PEN)11。
需要说明的是,这只是本实用新型的最优方式,在其他可选的实施方式中,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)也可以部分覆盖聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(PEN),只要在所述折环上覆盖有热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU),达到增加复合振膜的强度,即是可行的。
与相关技术的振膜相比较,本实用新型的复合振膜在聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜上增加了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体胶体,使该复合振膜的强度较高,对环境的变化的稳定性好,可以有效地降低产品的谐振频率,扩宽频带,改善扬声器耐功率能力,且工艺简单,生产成本低。
如图2所示,为本实用新型提供的应用复合振膜1的扬声器2,所述扬声器2还包括盆架20、收容在盆架20内的磁碗21、收容在磁碗21内的磁钢22、贴附在磁钢22表面的极片23、以及一端悬浮在磁钢22周侧磁间隙内的音圈24,该音圈24另外一端固持在复合振膜1上。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施方式,本实用新型的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本实用新型所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种复合振膜,其特征在于:所述复合振膜设有聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜和通过附着力贴附于所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜表面的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合振膜,其特征在于:所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体部分覆盖所述聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合振膜,其特征在于:所述复合振膜包括位于中央的球顶和围绕球顶的折环,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体覆盖于所述复合振膜的折环处。
4.一种扬声器,其特征在于:所述扬声器包括权利要求1-3任意一项所述的复合振膜。
