三、发明内容
针对上述原有音盆存在的缺陷，本实用新型需要解决的技术问题和提出的技术方案是克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提供了一种超薄、环保、音质好的音盆。
本实用新型的音盆的技术方案是：它包括垫边，折环，平板，经过真空成型新工艺和恒温控制的粘接技术加工而成。其特征在于平板音盆的最外沿为垫边，里面为平板，垫边与平板之间为折环。本实用新型具有：超薄、防水性好、材料成本低、抗饱和能力强、品质因数高、稳定性好等优点。

五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用具体实施过程作进一步说明：聚胺酯平板音盆的材料采用聚胺酯材料成型做成的音盆折环2与用聚酯薄膜材料热压成型的音盆平板3，再将聚胺酯折环2与聚酯薄膜平板3上胶水后，并与垫边1一起粘合而成。
