本实用新型涉及一种脚垫。
背景技术
根据材质的不同和使用场所的需要，脚垫大多兼具吸水、吸尘、防滑、保护地板、装饰环境等一种或几种功能，被广泛应用于家居、办公室、学校、医院、商场等场所。采用橡胶塑料材质一次成型制造的脚垫，其防水、防滑效果较好，但装饰效果较差；具有吸水、吸尘、减震等功能同时又对环境具有很好装饰性的脚垫，通常需要单独进行车缝工序，才能做出理想的边框效果；因为车缝工序繁杂，裁剪布料中存在巨大浪费，人工成本高，生产效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、制造省时省力、又具有理想边框效果的免车缝包边框脚垫。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种免车缝包边框脚垫，由减震内芯、外包覆层构成，所述的外包覆层为一整块布料，粘贴在减震内芯的外部；外包覆层上设有与减震内芯相对应的边框压花花纹。
所述外包覆层为一整块布料，粘贴在减震内芯的正面及背面的边缘处，外包覆层上设有与减震内芯的正面、背两相对应的边框压花花纹。
所述减震内芯的表面设有压纹，用于增大减震内芯与外包覆层及与地面之间的附着力。
减震内芯优先采用方形结构，还可以根据需要采用其它几何图形。
本实用新型脚垫采用减震内芯，脚感舒适，减震内芯的表面设有压纹，增大了减震内芯与外包覆层及与地面之间的附着力，具有很好的防滑效果，同时，外包覆层为一整块布料，直接粘贴在减震内芯的外部，外包覆层上设有与减震内芯的正面、背两相对应的边框压花花纹，达到理想的边框效果，又省去了复杂的车缝工序，避免了车缝裁剪造成的布料损失，省时省力，降低人工成本，提高了工作效率，值得推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明：如图1至图4所示，本实用新型一种免车缝包边框脚垫，由减震内芯2、外包覆层2构成；所述的外包覆层2为一整块布料，所述外包覆层2粘贴在减震内芯1的正面及背面的边缘处，外包覆层2上设有与减震内芯1的正面相对应的边框压花花纹21，外包覆层2上设有与减震内芯1的背两相对应的边框压花花纹22，该产品体现了理想的边框效果，免去了繁杂的缝制工序，人工成本低。
所述减震内芯1的表面设有压纹，用于增大减震内芯1与外包覆层2及与地面之间的附着力，起到很好的防滑效果。
减震内芯1优先采用方形结构，还可以根据需要采用其它几何图形。
所述的减震内芯可采用海绵或发泡材料或橡胶材料制作。
