本实用新型涉及生物质锅炉设备，更具体地说涉及链条式层燃生物质锅炉防回火燃料斗。
背景技术
生物质锅炉是燃烧应用上的一项重大进步，它是利用可再生、可循环的花生壳、木屑、水稻杆、秸秆、树皮等废弃物，经粉碎、混合、烘干挤压等工艺加工成颗粒或块状燃料，由于其分布广泛，数量多，加工工艺先进，它将成为新兴的绿色能源。
目前的链条式层燃生物质锅炉大多是采用链条式层燃燃煤锅炉为基础稍加改造后燃烧生物质燃料，然而，由于生物质燃料有燃点低、可燃挥发物多，气化快、燃烧火焰长等特点，现有的链条式层燃燃煤锅炉炉前燃料斗的结构不能适应生物质燃料储存，经常会燃烧到燃料闸板下部，造成回火、燃料斗内燃料被烧等安全问题。虽然有些生物质锅炉燃料斗内装有关风式给料机，但因转轴在燃料斗内部，上面还堆积大量燃料，散热不好，经常因运行时间长或异常正压燃烧、压火等工况致使轴受热、受压弯曲、卡住，尤其大吨位锅炉更宽，转轴要更长，更容易造成轴弯曲、卡住，影响安全运行。

有鉴于此，本实用新型针对上述背景技术存在问题，提供一种链条式层燃生物质锅炉防回火燃料斗，以适应链条式层燃生物质锅炉安全运行需要，避免出现燃料斗回火、燃料被燃烧等安全问题。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用了以下技术方案：链条式层燃生物质锅炉防回火燃料斗，包括燃料斗、燃料闸板、燃烧延迟板，燃料隔断板、燃料隔断板调节手轮、燃料溜道，隔热层，所述燃料闸板底部用燃烧延迟板向炉膛侧探出一段，所述燃料隔断板插入燃料溜道，燃料隔断板调节手轮控制燃料进出，所述隔热层为空心隔热。
综上所述，本实用新型链条式层燃生物质锅炉防回火燃料斗通过燃料闸板上装的燃烧延迟板，使燃烧室火焰燃烧偏后延迟，所述燃料隔断板能通过燃料隔断板调节手轮能快速阻断燃料，所述隔热层能降低锅炉对燃料斗的辐射和传导来的热量，其结构简单，材料通用，成本低廉，维修方便，能避免回火，燃料斗内燃料被烧的情况，提高锅炉安全运行。

如图1图2所示，一种链条式层燃生物质锅炉防回火燃料斗，包括燃料斗1、燃料闸板2、燃烧延迟板3、燃料隔断板4、燃料隔断板调节手轮5、燃料溜道6隔热层7。燃料斗1内的燃料闸板2上装有燃烧延迟板3，燃料溜道6上装有燃料隔断板4，燃料隔断板4的开启用燃料隔断板调节手轮5控制，燃料闸板2与与燃料之间有隔热层7。
当锅炉运行时，燃料闸板2上装的燃烧延迟板3能使火焰燃烧延迟、靠后，达到火焰远离燃料斗的目的。在紧急情况下或停炉时可以用燃料隔断板调节手轮5控制燃料隔断板4隔断燃料，保障燃料安全。隔热层7是防止锅炉热量辐射和传导到燃料，本发明通过以上方式避免燃料斗容易回火，燃料经常被燃烧的情况，以达到锅炉安全运行的效果。
