本实用新型涉及锅炉设计制造，更具体地说涉及生物质层燃锅炉防回火墙。 
背景技术
生物质锅炉是燃烧应用上的一项重大进步，它是利用可再生、可循环的花生壳、木屑、水稻杆、秸秆、树皮等废弃物，经粉碎、混合、烘干挤压等工艺加工成颗粒或块状生物质燃料供给锅炉燃烧，由于其原料分布广泛，数量多，燃烧污染少，加工工艺先进，它将成为新兴的绿色能源。 
目前的生物质层燃锅炉大多是采用链条式、往复式、振动式炉排，由燃料斗或给料机向炉排给料，很多生物质锅炉为了防止回火到燃料斗，采用给料机直接从前拱炉墙上向炉排给料，虽然这样不会燃烧到燃料斗，但燃料在前拱墙上直接落下后，受炉膛高温热辐射的影响，正在落下的燃料和落料口内的燃料经常会被引燃，甚至把落料口附近炉墙烧损，影响锅炉安全运行，因为有落料口，前拱上也不好安装二次风管。 
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型针对上述背景技术存在问题，提供一种生物质层燃锅炉防回火墙，以适应生物质燃料燃烧需要，使锅炉安全运行。 
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：生物质层燃锅炉防回火墙，包括前拱墙、落料口、防回火墙、二次风管，所述前拱墙上的落料口前加装一个防回火墙，所述防回火墙上装有二次风管。 
综上所述，本实用新型生物质层燃锅炉防回火墙，通过加装了防回火墙，降低了炉膛热量对燃料落口及正在落的燃料的辐射，保护了前拱墙，也更方便加装二次风管了，能使锅炉更安全经济运行。

当锅炉运行时，由于有了防回火墙3，炉膛热量无法直接辐射到落料口2和正在落下的燃料，防止了前拱被烧损，防回火墙3内还可加装二次风管4，能给炉内燃烧补充更多的空气，达到安全经济运行的目的。

1.生物质层燃锅炉防回火墙，用于减少炉膛对前拱墙上的落料口及正在落下的燃料的热辐射，其特征在于：所述前拱墙上的落料口前加装一个防回火墙。 
2.根据权利要求书1所述生物质层燃锅炉防回火墙，其特征在于：所述防回火墙内装有二次风管。
