    本实用新型涉及摩托车车轮结构的技术领域,具体为一种摩托车轮毂的辐条结构。
背景技术
铝制的摩托车轮毂的辐条上设置有侧部排气孔,现有的侧部排气孔的外部边界和轮辋、辐条的连接处之间设置有挡板,由于挡板内部精加工过程中会产生碎屑、水的残留,其需要额外时间和工艺对所残留在挡板内部的侧部排气孔空间内的碎屑、水进行清除,之后才能进行喷漆等后续加工,其使得加工工艺繁琐,生产效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种摩托车轮毂的辐条结构,其使得辐条的侧部排气孔空间内不会残余碎屑、水,无需再进行清理即可直接进行喷漆等后续工艺,减少了工艺流程,提高了生产效率。
一种摩托车轮毂的辐条结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括车轮毂部、辐条、轮辋,所述车轮毂部通过均布的辐条连接所述轮辋,其特征在于:所述辐条的一侧开有侧部排气孔,所述侧部排气孔的开口延伸至所述辐条和轮辋的连接表面。 
采用本实用新型的结构后,由于侧部排气孔的开口延伸至所述辐条和轮辋的连接表面处,部精加工过程中会产生碎屑、水会顺着辐条和轮辋的连接表面脱离侧部排气孔的空间,进而使得辐条的侧部排气孔空间内不会残余碎屑、水,无需再进行清理即可直接进行喷漆等后续工艺,减少了工艺流程,提高了生产效率,且由于没有了挡板的设置,其节约了原材料。
