背景技术：
现有的钢包座砖，是一个全部用高档原料制作成型的座砖。这种一体式座砖不但使用高档原料多、成本高、而且加工、移动和存放都不方便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工、移动和存放方便，节省高档原料、降低成本的钢包分体复合座砖。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，钢包分体复合座砖，其特征在于：以下水口底面为界将一个座砖分成上砖体和下砖体，在上、下砖体之间设有凹凸对接面，在上砖体的钢水进口内壁上固定有一层挡住下砖体内孔的耐冲刷层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有加工、移动和存放方便，节省高档原料、降低成本的优点。

具体实施方式：
结合以上附图详细描述实施例，本实用新型是将一个整体式钢包座砖以钢水进口1底面为界分成上砖体2和下砖体3，在上、下砖体之间设有凹凸对接面4，在上砖体的钢水进口内壁上固定有一层耐冲刷层5，其余的上下砖体原料都采用普通的耐高温原料。高档原料制作的耐高温层厚度以挡住下砖体的内孔壁为准。这种钢包分体复合座砖，在加工时采用分别加工上、下砖体的方式，不但加工容易，而且节省高档耐高温材料，具有移动和存放方便，降低成本的优点。
