Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种管件接头，包括两个管件，其中：一个管件的一端端口设有若干定位凸块，另一个管件的一端端口设有与若干定位凹坑，所述的定位凸块与所述的定位凹坑数量相同，定位凸块与定位凹坑之间过盈配合，所述的两个管件的端口之间通过热熔固定连接。在两根管件热熔焊接时，首先通过过盈配合将两个管件紧紧的连接起来，有效的提高了热熔焊接的端口对位精度，提高了管件焊接的密封性，解决了焊接时定位不精确而导致的漏水问题。

本实用新型塑料管领域，尤其涉及一种用于管件的连接的管件接头。
背景技术
PVC、PPR、PPE等材质的塑料管，制作时，为了运输和储存的方便，一般都是按照一定的国家标准制成一定的长度，因此在使用时，需要两根以上的管件连接起来，常用的连接方式就是将两个管件的端头采用热熔的方式直接焊接在一起。其缺点是直通焊接，在焊接时，两个管件的焊接处不容易对准位置，焊接时，容易焊偏，导致密封性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种管件接头，提高管件的热熔焊接定位精度。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：管件接头，包括两个管件，其中：一个管件的一端端口设有若干定位凸块，另一个管件的一端端口设有与若干定位凹坑，所述的定位凸块与所述的定位凹坑数量相同，定位凸块与定位凹坑之间过盈配合，所述的两个管件的端口之间通过热熔固定连接。
本实用新型采用在两个管件的一端的端口分别设置过盈配合的定位凸块和定位凹坑的方式，使得在热熔焊接时，首先通过过盈配合将两个管件紧紧的连接起来，有效的提高了热熔焊接的端口对位精度，提高了管件焊接的密封性，解决了焊接时定位不精确而导致的漏水问题。
