背景技术
金刚石锯片是一般由钢质基体和含金刚石的粉末冶金节块俗称刀头焊接而成,节块磨削损耗后,基体要反复使用。由于刀头磨损后在基体圆周边缘上留下的1-2mm厚薄层中含有金刚石,打磨非常困难,要损耗大量砂轮和时间。
发明内容
为了节省砂轮消和加快处理时间,达到残余层快速脱落的目的,本实用新型设计一种专用金刚石锯片刀头冲脱装置。技术方案是:一种金刚石锯片刀头冲脱装置,由机座架、转轮、偏心柱、滑块、冲杆、冲头构成,其特征是在机座架上部一旁设转轮,转轮通过偏心柱连接带动机座架中心的滑块上下运动,滑块下连接有冲杆和冲头。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用冲击方式,准确快速,干净利落。

具体实施方式
     如图1所示,本实用新型一种金刚石锯片刀头冲脱装置,是在机座架4上部的一侧设置有转轮1,转轮1带动偏心柱2使滑块3上下移动,通过冲杆5冲击冲头6。从而实现冲脱锯片基体8周边残余的刀头7。
