Abstract
一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜，包括设有排气口的釜体、冷凝器、油水分离器、溢油槽及真空泵，所述的冷凝器的一端通过管道与釜体的排气口连接，另一端通过管道与油水分离器，油水分离器还通过管道与溢油槽连接，油水分离器底部设置有排水管道，排水管道通过阀门控制开关，溢油槽通过回流管与反应釜连接。该反应釜物料回收装置可以有效减少物料的浪费，节约了成本，同时又可避免造成环境污染。

本实用新型涉及化工设备领域，更为具体地，涉及一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜。
背景技术
由于在化工行业中，大部分有机反应都是在反应釜中进行，例如有机硅和聚氨酯，均需在反应过程中保持反应釜真空状态，因此需要设置真空泵进行抽真空，而真空泵抽真空时容易将反应过程中气化的小分子物料或易挥发的物料连同空气一起排出，而直接排向大气的有机物一方面容易对大气造成污染，另一方面也容易造成物料的浪费，增加生产成本，而目前的解决方法主要是将抽出的包括物料的气体进行液化，再排走，这样只能减少污染，但同时又会造成水污染，并且抽出的物料无法实现回收，因此亟需一种既能够对气化的物料进行回收，同时又可以达到抽真空的装置。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜，能回收反应釜抽真空时带走的小分子物料。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜，包括设有排气口的釜体，所述回收装置还包括冷凝器、油水分离器、真空泵，所述的冷凝器的一端通过管道与釜体排气口连接，另一端通过管道与油水分离器，所述的油水分离器通过U形管与釜体相连接。
所述设有排气口的釜体外表面设置有夹套。
所述夹套通过管道与高位溢油槽相连接。
所述油水分离器底部设置有排水管道，所述的排水管上设置有控制阀。
有益效果：本实用新型提供了一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜，该装置具有能回收反应釜物料反应时抽真空进所带走的小分子物料，并将其回流至反应釜内，而在回收的过程中又可以将反应釜内部的空气带走，从而避免了物料的浪费，节约了成本，同时又大大减少了环境污染。

具体实施方式
一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜，包括设有排气口的釜体1、冷凝器2、油水分离器3、真空泵4，所述的釜体外表面设置有夹套，夹套通过管道与高位溢油槽相连接，夹套可通入热媒油对釜体进行加热，同时由于夹套与高位溢油槽连接，可防止热媒油热涨体积变大，使夹套涨裂，而所述的冷凝器2的一端通过管道与釜体排气口连接，另一端通过管道与油水分离器3相连接，油水分离器设置有与釜体相连接的U形管，可将油水分离器中的物料回流至釜体里，并且可起到液封的作用，防止釜体中的物料回流至油水分离器。
釜体内部物料反应时，需对釜体内部进行抽真空，并且真空状态伴随着整个反应过程，而利用真空泵抽真空时，容易将一部分小分子或可挥发性物料带走，而通过加装冷凝器和油水分离器，当釜体内部的空气通过冷凝器的冷却转变成液态，流至油水分离器，由于油水不相溶，油浮于水表面，通过在油水分离器的顶部安装目镜，可观察油水分离器的水量变化，当水充满整个油水分离器时可通过其底部的排水管的控制阀将水排掉，同时由于油水分离器设置有U形管，可将物料回流至釜体内，从而实现物料的回收利用，避免浪费和污染环境，同时U形管还可以起到液封的作用，避免物料的倒流。

1.一种具有回收物料装置的反应釜，包括设有排气口的釜体，其特征在于：所述回收装置还包括冷凝器、油水分离器、真空泵，所述的冷凝器的一端通过管道与釜体排气口连接，另一端通过管道与油水分离器，所述的油水分离器通过U形管与釜体相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有回收物料装置的反应釜，其特征在于：所述设有排气口的釜体外表面设置有夹套。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有回收物料装置的反应釜，其特征在于：所述夹套通过管道与高位溢油槽相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有回收物料装置的反应釜，其特征在于：所述油水分离器底部设置有排水管道，所述的排水管上设置有控制阀。
