本实用新型涉及一种滑触线自清洁装置，包括支架（1），电机（2），刷子（3），滑触线（4），所述的支架（1）焊接于起重机下方，支架（1）伸出端延伸到滑触线（4）一侧，且支架（1）伸出端对应滑触线（4）位置安装有电机（2），电机（2）的输出端面向滑触线（4），电机（2）的输出端上安装有刷子（3），刷子（3）方向与滑触线接触面相同，刷子（3）可向下也可向上。本实用新型通过常用的工机具结合，采用简易的构造便可实现对滑触线的清扫，及时清理粉尘及其它异物，解决了金属粉尘与异物对滑触线的影响。

本实用新型属于冶炼厂房内行车设备行走固定滑触线领域，特别是涉及一种滑触线自清洁装置。
背景技术
部分钢铁企业使用的行车，由于各种原因其滑触线，经常受到异物的侵扰造成各类故障（如电路短接），造成的经济损失不小。如果全面改造滑触线，需要大量资金和时间，而此发明的滑触线自清洁装置，用较少的投入和工作时间，便可实现滑触线的清扫，减少异物对滑触线的侵害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种滑触线自清洁装置，以解决原有滑触线上异物不易清洁的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种滑触线自清洁装置，包括支架，电机，刷子，所述的支架焊接于起重机下方，支架若干根伸出端各自延伸到滑触线一侧，且支架伸出端对应滑触线位置安装有电机，电机的输出端面向滑触线，电机的输出端上安装有刷子。
所述的支架伸出端有三根。

有益效果
本实用新型通过常用的工机具结合，采用简易的构造便可实现对滑触线的清扫，及时清理粉尘及其它异物，解决了金属粉尘与异物对滑触线的影响。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种滑触线自清洁装置，包括支架1，电机2，刷子3，滑触线4，所述的支架1焊接于起重机下方，支架1若干根伸出端各自延伸到滑触线4一侧，且支架1伸出端对应滑触线4位置安装有电机2，电机2的输出端面向滑触线4，电机2的输出端上安装有刷子3，刷子3可向下也可向上。
所述的支架1伸出端有三根。

导入电机电源，启动电机2后，带动刷子3旋转运动，这样刷子3随着起重机行走过程中便可不断对滑触线4进行清扫；电机2启动开关可设置在驾驶室，由驾驶员操作。每次启动起重机后将清洁装置的开关打开，清理一遍滑触线4后，可以关闭运行，根据实际需要每隔8小时启动一次，基本可以保持整个滑线的整洁。
支架1由角钢或槽钢制作，支架1安装根据设备形态自行设定尺寸位置，但要求满足电动机安装需求，及整个装置的活动空间。电机型号可根据需要选择，刷子可自制。

1.一种滑触线自清洁装置，包括支架（1），电机（2），刷子（3），其特征是：所述的支架（1）焊接于起重机下方，支架（1）若干根伸出端各自延伸到滑触线（4）一侧，且支架（1）伸出端对应滑触线（4）位置安装有电机（2），电机（2）的输出端面向滑触线（4），电机（2）的输出端上安装有刷子（3）。
