Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种磁性连接件结构，包括环形的磁套体，所述磁套体为复合型磁性塑料；所述磁套体两旁侧设有弧形开口，所述弧形开口内扣接有用于与龙头座或喷头配合的塑料卡扣。由于本实用新型的磁性连接件采取磁套体与塑料卡扣分别注塑成型的方式，其中磁套体为磁铁粉和塑胶按一定的比例混合注塑成型，塑料卡扣另外注塑，注塑成型后在将其扣接在一起。这样成本更低、且结构安装方便，当塑料卡扣发生损坏时还可更换新的塑料卡扣。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种应用于拉出式水龙头的磁性连接件结构。 
背景技术
传统的水龙头具有水龙头本体，一个或多个的水流控制装置和一个喷管。该喷管用作排放流经阀门的水流管道，该种结构的水龙头的出水是被固定在单点启动，或者是转动喷管但都被限制在预置的水平弧度范围内启动。 
于是，水龙头传统配置了分离的独立手动喷头来根据出水的启动方向和启动点为使用者提供更多的适应性，特别是方便了向下喷淋器皿，此种喷头具有一个附在喷头上并允许喷头从固定架上拉出并按需要进行移动的柔性管。然而，这种水龙头需要在反面顶端上额外空间用于喷头的安装，以及穿过反面顶端的独立孔，因此结构相对较为复杂。 
    中国专利200820101783.2《塑料连接件结构》公开了一种塑料连接件结构，该连接件为一环套体，环套体中设有多极磁环，其中该多极磁环是先套置在一垫圈上，与垫圈一体包塑于塑料件外壳中形成塑料连接件；塑料件外壳上设有与龙头座或喷头配合的卡扣。采用这种结构的塑料连接件，其加工工序多，加工困难，成本高，但是若直接采用磁铁制成的连接件又无法保证与龙头座或喷头的扣接配合。 
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种优于上述方案的，加工方便、成本低廉且易于定位安装的磁性连接件结构。 
    为实现发明目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种磁性连接件结构.包括环形的磁套体，所述磁套体为复合型磁性塑料；所述磁套体两旁侧设有弧形开口，所述弧形开口内扣接有用于与龙头座或喷头配合的塑料卡扣。 
进一步的，所述的弧形开口端部设有从两端向内延伸的，用于卡住塑料卡扣的延伸凸部，所述塑料卡扣两端对应设有定位凸缘。 
进一步的，所述弧形开口的周壁上设有用于镶接塑料卡扣的楔形凸块，所述塑料卡扣的侧壁上对应设有与其镶接的凹槽。 
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型的磁性连接件采取磁套体与塑料卡扣分别注塑成型的方式，其中磁套体为磁铁粉和塑胶按一定的比例混合注塑成型，塑料卡扣另外注塑，注塑成型后在将其扣接在一起。这样成本更低、且结构安装方便，当塑料卡扣发生损坏时还可更换新的塑料卡扣。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。 
如图4、5、6所示，本实用新型的磁性连接件结构.包括环形的磁套体1，所述磁套体1为磁铁粉与塑胶混合注塑而成；所述磁套体两旁侧设有弧形开口11，所述弧形开口11内扣接有用于与龙头座3或喷头4配合的塑料卡扣2。 
具体的，所述的弧形开口11端部设有从两端向内延伸用于卡住塑料卡扣2的延伸凸部12，所述塑料卡扣2的两端对应设有定位凸缘22。所述弧形开口11的周壁上设有用于镶接塑料卡扣2的楔形凸块13，所述塑料卡扣的侧壁上对应设有与其镶接的凹槽23。 
使用时，将此磁性连接件装配于龙头座3及喷头4后，在喷头4回缩于龙头座3时，喷头4可自动吸附于龙头座3上。 
本实用新型不局限上述最佳实施方式，任何人在本实用新型的启示下都可以得出其他各种形式的产品。凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰，皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

1.一种磁性连接件结构.包括环形的磁套体，其特征在于：所述磁套体为复合型磁性塑料；所述磁套体两旁侧设有弧形开口，所述弧形开口内扣接有用于与龙头座或喷头配合的塑料卡扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接件结构，其特征在于：所述的弧形开口端部设有从两端向内延伸的，用于卡住塑料卡扣的延伸凸部，所述塑料卡扣两端对应设有定位凸缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接件结构，其特征在于：所述弧形开口的周壁上设有用于镶接塑料卡扣的楔形凸块，所述塑料卡扣的侧壁上对应设有与其镶接的凹槽。
