一种塑料叠层包装板材结构，指一种提供包装用的塑性轻质叠层板材的结构改良设计,主要将一般包装用板材以塑性PP复合材料为材质,经由连续成型机具,以叠层滚压制作成板片状的上面板及下底板和特殊塑性中空槽孔面状的中间板,分层叠组,在叠组贴合面上,配合表层软化加热或以粘着层涂布,达到上、中、下层板材呈对叠层中空装结合组装的架构，构成兼具轻质、防潮、安全缓冲包装的叠层板材，达到包装多元变换使用轻便实用的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种板材结构，尤其是一种塑料叠层包装板材结构。 
背景技术
众所周知,目前国内常见的包装材结构，通常都是以瓦楞纸板制作，经裁剪弯折成适当的包装盒或箱体边面，在经折叠组成完整的包装箱盒体的结构，然而瓦楞纸板材质，虽具中空叠组轻便组合的特性，但因其纸质极易受潮而软化，或受刮或撞击极易产生破损的情形，严重影响到包装品质与安全，且以纸质板材成本明显较高。回收成本也较高且不易完整回收再利用。 
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点，本实用新型提供了一种塑料叠层包装板材结构，指一种提供包装用的塑性轻质叠层板材的结构改良设计,主要将一般包装用板材以塑性PP复合材料为材质,经由连续成型机具,以叠层滚压制作成板片状的上面板及下底板和特殊塑性中空槽孔面状的中间板,分层叠组,在叠组贴合面上,配合表层软化加热或以粘着层涂布,达到上、中、下层板材呈对叠层中空装结合组装的架构，构成兼具轻质、防潮、安全缓冲包装的叠层板材，达到包装多元变换使用轻便实用的目的。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种塑料叠层包装板材结构，包括上面板及下底板，中间板，其中上面板及下底板，中间板分别叠组成一体，中间板成型时，预先以滚轮制作成具凹落排列槽孔形面，形成具厚度的中空板形设计，上面板及下底板的外表面涂装一层由EVA具有软弹性材质的材料，形成外表面层的防滑或防刮保护层。

具体实施方式
在图中，一种塑料叠层包装板材结构1，包括上面板2及下底板3，中间板4，其中上面板2及下底板3，中间板4分别叠组成一体，中间板4成型时，预先以滚轮制作成具凹落排列槽孔形面，形成具厚度的中空板形设计，上面板2及下底板3的外表面涂装一层由EVA具有软弹性材质的材料，形成外表面层的防滑或防刮保护层5。

1. 一种塑料叠层包装板材结构，包括上面板及下底板，中间板，其特征在于：上面板及下底板，中间板分别叠组成一体，中间板成型时预先以滚轮制作成具凹落排列槽孔形面，形成具厚度的中空板形设计，上面板及下底板的外表面涂装一层由EVA具有软弹性材质的材料，形成外表面层的防滑或防刮保护层。
