现有的工件箱的锁紧（见图1），工件箱6通过T型螺钉8把合在拖板7上，通过T型槽螺栓、螺母手动进行松开锁紧，因为工件箱需要经常转动一个角度，每次都需要人工松开锁紧，工人带动强度大，而且每次的锁紧力量不一样，对机床的精度也有一定的影响。
发明内容：
本实用新型的任务是提出一种锁紧力稳定，结构简单，自动松开的一种工件箱自动锁紧装置。

结合以上附图详细描述实施例，拖板7上开有T型槽螺栓通过螺钉8固定有工件箱6，T型螺钉8与活塞杆2连接，油缸4上把合有上油缸盖1，油缸4与下油缸盖5把合在工件箱6上，油缸上设置有出油管9和进油管10，蝶形弹簧3装在活塞杆2与下油缸盖之间，蝶形弹簧变形量的大小是通过活塞杆与下油缸之间的高度H算出锁紧力的大小。松开时，液压油从进油管10进入产生压力，油缸4使活塞杆2和T型螺钉8下降，从而自动松开工件箱，油缸回程时使活塞杆带动T型螺钉上移，从而自动锁紧工件箱。
