本发明涉及一种用于固定机床底座的抓钉,包括本体,挡盘、弹簧、螺柱,所述本体上设有凸台,所述的挡盘通过螺纹连接在本体的下端,所述弹簧安装在凸台与挡盘之间,所述弹簧的长度是本体长度的四分之一,所述螺柱通过螺纹连接在本体下端,所述螺柱有两个,两个螺柱之间的夹角为90度。本发明中有效解决机床在进行机械加工中,机体振动的问题,能有效满足工厂对减振的需求,并且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。

本发明涉及机械领域,尤其涉及一种用于固定机床底座的抓钉。
背景技术
机床在机械加工过程中占有重要地位,机械设备在加工工件过程中,机器会产生振动,这种振动一般是有害的,然而,现有大型机械设备机体缺少固定装置,使机器机体不振动,给工业生产带来极大的不便,不能满足现代化生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种用于固定机床底座的抓钉。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
    一种用于固定机床底座的抓钉,包括本体,挡盘、弹簧、螺柱,所述本体上设有凸台,所述的挡盘通过螺纹连接在本体的下端,所述弹簧安装在凸台与挡盘之间,所述螺柱通过螺纹连接在本体下端。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述弹簧的长度是本体长度的四分之一。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述螺柱有两个,两个螺柱之间的夹角为90度。
现场使用时,操作人员先将本发明埋在机床安装的位置,再将机床床体通过螺母连接在本体上。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中有效解决机床在进行机械加工中,机体振动的问题,能有效满足工厂对减振的需求,并且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。

一种用于固定机床底座的抓钉,包括本体1,挡盘2、弹簧3、螺柱4,所述本体1上设有凸台11,所述的挡盘2通过螺纹连接在本体1的下端,所述弹簧3的长度是本体1长度的四分之一,弹簧3安装在凸台11与挡盘2之间,所述螺柱4通过螺纹连接在本体1下端,所述螺柱4有两个,两个螺柱4之间的夹角为90度,这有助于增大本发明的抓地能力。
现场使用时,操作人员先将本发明埋在机床安装的位置,再将机床床体通过螺母连接在本体1上。
