本实用新型所涉及的混合麻芯钢绳适用于架空索道牵引绳和普通引绳,本实用新型通过在钢绳麻芯中均匀混入细钢丝的改进,增强了钢绳自身强度和抗拉力,减少了麻芯磨损,避免钢绳变细伸长,抱索器松弛打滑,延长了使用寿命。

Description

本实用新型所涉及的混合麻芯钢绳适用于架空索道牵引绳及普通牵引钢绳。
该领域的已有技术是:目前使用的架空索道牵引绳采用绳芯和绳股构成,绳芯为麻芯,也有采用其它绳芯的,如石棉芯、软钢丝芯、螺旋金属管等。一般为“六股七丝”或“六股九丝”钢绳,即一股麻芯外右旋式缠绕着六股钢绳股,每一钢绳股均由七根3毫米左右粗的钢丝绕成,麻芯亦是由三股麻绳缠绕而成,其总直径约为18毫米,钢绳直径一般为28毫米,抗拉力在140~170公斤/mm2左右。麻芯的功用一是起存油和润滑表层六股钢绳股的作用,二是增加钢绳的柔韧性和绵软度。但由于麻芯在受高温拉力后伸长较快,且受外层钢绳股摩擦挤压,损耗较大,这样使钢绳很快变细伸长,使抱索器随之松弛,打滑脱绳,造成事故,同时,钢绳受拉应力和轮压作用引起的交变应力的影响、强度并不理想,而软钢丝芯的柔软度较差。
本实用新型的目的是采用在麻芯中混入钢丝的方法,从而使钢绳抗拉力增强,强度加大,减小麻芯摩损,降低检修率,延长使用寿命。
本实用新型的具体解决方案是:在麻芯中混入钢丝,钢丝的伸缩性要好,做法是在构成麻芯的三股麻绳中每股均匀混入五根钢丝,呈三角型,每根钢丝为1毫米粗,共15根。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,由于麻芯中混入钢丝,钢绳的抗拉力增强,强度加大,麻芯磨损减小,从而降低钢绳变细伸长率,减少因此而引起的抱索器松弛打滑事故,保证运行安全,在麻芯中加钢丝并不影响麻芯存油润滑及韧性,弹性,另外还降低了检修率和成本,延长了使用寿命。

本实用新型的实施例从附图1中更清楚地说明。从图可见,麻芯(1)中均匀混有15根钢丝(3)。五根一组,每组各自呈梅花状,三组构成三角形截面,分别混于构成麻芯的三股麻绳中,每根钢丝1毫米粗,麻芯直径约为18毫米,麻芯外围均匀地向右螺旋缠绕着六股钢绳股(2),每根钢股又由七根钢丝(4)组成,每根钢丝(4)均为3毫米粗,钢绳股约为10毫米,钢绳总直径约为28毫米左右。

1、一种混合麻芯钢绳,由麻芯(1)及其外围六股右旋式缠绕的钢绳股(2)构成,其特征在于麻芯中混有钢丝(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混合麻芯钢绳,其特征在于构成麻芯的三股麻线每股均匀混有五根钢丝(3)。
