技术领域
本实用新型公开了一种无线通信领域,特别是一种基站覆盖系统用光电复合缆。 
背景技术
移动4G用基站都采用光缆与电缆来进行施工,施工需分两部进行,分别提供光信号与电源,且需分别接地防雷,施工繁锁、固定麻烦。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种传输性好,通信稳定、轻便、易调整的4G用馈线型光电混合缆。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:4G用馈线型光电混合缆,包括电缆外护套,电缆外护套包括绕包层,在绕包层外设有铝焊接扎纹层,在铝焊接扎纹层外设有外护层,在绕包层内设有两组电单元、两组光单元和填充,电单元和光单元围绕填充间或设置,光单元采用G657光纤,在光单元外紧套缓冲层结构以保证光纤的弯曲性能、提高光纤机械强度,电单元电缆应满足额定电压450V/750V电线电缆绝缘要求,电单元的绝缘层采用pvc或XLPE,填充为PP填充绳。

可有效地降低基站建设成本,施工快捷、稳定性好。

如图1示出了本实用新型4G用馈线型光电混合缆的具体实施方式:包括电缆外护套,电缆外护套包括绕包层1,在绕包层1外设有铝焊接扎纹层2,在铝焊接扎纹层2外设有外护层3,在绕包层1内设有两组电单元4、两组光单元5和填充6,电单元4和光单元5围绕填充6间或设置,光单元5采用G657光纤,在光单元5外紧套缓冲层结构以保证光纤的弯曲性能、提高光纤机械强度,电单元4的绝缘层采用pvc或XLP,填充6为PP填充绳。 
实施例1:将两组光单元5与两组电单元4分布于一根非金属填充周围,同时在其周围绕包一层PPD带,可有效地阻止焊接铝轧纹时高电流而烫伤缆芯;在上述缆芯的基础上进行铝带焊接轧纹,既保证混合缆的屏蔽性能,又能阻止径向防水,同时在施工时可以通过其进行接地;最后在焊接轧纹铝导体上挤制一层外护层,来保证混合缆的抗压等机械性能。 
本实用新型有效地降低基站建设成本,施工快捷、稳定性好。

1.一种4G用馈线型光电混合缆,包括电缆外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆外护套包括绕包层(1),在所述绕包层(1)外设有铝焊接扎纹层(2),在所述铝焊接扎纹层(2)外设有外护层(3),在所述绕包层(1)内设有两组电单元(4)、两组光单元(5)和填充(6),所述电单元(4)和光单元(5)围绕填充(6)间或设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种4G用馈线型光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述光单元(5)采用G657光纤,在所述光单元(5)外紧套缓冲层结构以保证光纤的弯曲性能、提高光纤机械强度,所述电单元(4)的绝缘层采用pvc或XLPE。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种4G用馈线型光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述填充(6)为PP填充绳。
