本发明公开了一种核岛用防爆电话电缆,包括由若干个单元组同心式绞合而成的缆芯,在缆芯外包覆屏蔽层,在屏蔽层外挤包内护套,在内护套外缠绕铠装层,最外层挤包外护套;其单元组由两根绝缘线芯对绞组合而成,所述的绝缘线芯由导体和挤包在导体外的绝缘层构成。本发明具备耐辐射要求、屏蔽效果好、适合防爆场合使用,能满足核电建设和运行要求。

技术领域
本发明属于电力电缆领域,具体是指一种核岛用防爆电话电缆。
背景技术
随着我国经济的持续高速发展,毕竟对能源提出快速增长要求;而发展核能是解决我国能源短缺,改善能源结构,控制环境污染,保障能源结构的重要途径之一。核电建设需用大量电缆,而特殊的核电环境要求电缆本身具有比一般电缆更高的要求;通信系统在核电建设和运行中起着举足轻重的作用,而目前的电话电缆,由于不具备耐辐射要求、屏蔽效果差、不适合防爆场合使用等缺陷,已不能满足核电建设和运行要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有阻燃、抗干扰、耐辐射、屏蔽效果好的核岛用防爆电话电缆。
本发明所述的一种核岛用防爆电话电缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯外包覆屏蔽层,在屏蔽层外挤包内护套,在内护套外缠绕铠装层,最外层挤包外护套;所述缆芯由若干个单元组同心式绞合而成。
所述的单元组由两根绝缘线芯对绞组合而成;所述的绝缘线芯由导体和挤包在导体外的绝缘层构成。
所述的绝缘层采用辐照交联聚烯烃挤压结构。
所述的屏蔽层采用绕包麦拉铝箔后再编织镀锡铜丝结构。
所述的铠装层采用双层钢带间隙搭盖绕包结构。
所述的外护套采用无卤低烟阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃材料。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明采用辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘料,通过挤压成型后,再经高能电子束辐照,提高了绝缘耐热等级、耐辐射等性能。
2、本发明中绝缘线芯采用对绞组合,节距均匀且控制在40mm以内,不同单元间节距不同,可做5mm调整,满足低电容、低电感要求,同时可以减少线对之间的电磁耦合,提高线对之间的抗干扰能力,达到防爆场合的要求。
3、本发明的屏蔽层采用绕包麦拉铝箔后再编织镀锡铜丝,编织密度不小于90%,极大的提高了电缆抗干扰能力,保证通信的稳定性。
4、本发明采取双层钢带间隙搭盖绕包,构成电缆的铠装层,防止外界机械损伤,提高电缆的使用寿命。
5、本发明采用125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃护套,解决了无卤阻燃护套容易开裂的问题。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种核岛用防爆电话电缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯外包覆麦拉铝箔+镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层3,在屏蔽层3外挤包热塑性低烟无卤阻燃内护套4,在内护套4外缠绕铠装层5,最外层挤包125℃无卤低烟阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃外护套6;所述缆芯由若干个单元组7同心式绞合而成;所述的单元组7由两根绝缘线芯对绞组合而成;所述的绝缘线芯由导体1和挤包在导体1外的绝缘层2构成。
本发明提供了一种同心式导体低压电缆的形式和实施方法,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方法,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1. 一种核岛用防爆电话电缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯外包覆屏蔽层(3),在屏蔽层(3)外挤包内护套(4),在内护套(4)外缠绕铠装层(5),最外层挤包外护套(6);其特征在于:所述缆芯由12个单元组(7)同心式绞合而成;所述的单元组(7)由两根绝缘线芯对绞组合而成,节距均匀且控制在40mm以内,不同单元间节距不同,可做5mm调整;其绝缘线芯由导体(1)和挤包在导体(1)外的绝缘层(2)构成;所述的绝缘层(2)采用辐照交联聚烯烃挤压结构;所述的屏蔽层(3)采用绕包麦拉铝箔再编织镀锡铜丝结构,编织密度不小于90%;所述的铠装层(5)采用双层钢带间隙搭盖绕包结构;所述的外护套(6)采用无卤低烟阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃材料。
