背景技术：
目前行业内用空调挤压件时，使用的填充物是把铅加热融化后将铅水灌入到需要积压的铜管内，因铅的熔点较低把铅灌入长度超过100mm以上铜管内时，先灌入的铅跟铜管接触后冷却堵塞在管壁上，导致铜管内有空隙，从而该产品在后续挤压加工时铜管易折叠报废，据统计因铜管内填充物有空隙产生报废的占5%，再者因铅加热融化灌入到铜管内再加热融化，会对空气环境造成很大的污染。
发明内容：
本实用新型的任务是提出一种降低报废率，提高产品质量，对周围环境无污染的一种空调挤压件。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，一种空调挤压件，它包括铜管，其特征在于：铜管上有一个置放入口，铅棒从铜管的置放入口进入铜管内紧配合通过挤压成型。
本实用新型具有以下效果：本实用新型使用的填充物，不需要加热，报废率从现有的5%降低到零，而且对周围环境无污染。

具体实施方式：
结合以上附图详细描述实施例，铜管1上有一个填充物的置放入口2，所述的填充物采用的是铅棒，铅棒3可以根据产品不同规格制作成圆形或椭圆形，铅棒从铜管的置放入口进入铜管内紧配合通过挤压模具成型为挤压件，从而铜管内不会有空隙，而且铅棒含铅量超过50%，提高了产品质量。
