本实用新型公开了一种燃气快速蒸汽炉。
背景技术
现有燃气快速蒸汽炉，大多采用焊接式纯方形补水箱，因纯方形补水箱的承力有限，应力较集中，抗震性能低，受热胀冷缩和压力的影响，焊接处极易开裂而造成漏水，使得整个蒸汽炉工作瘫痪，使用寿命短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题，克服现有技术上存在的上述缺陷，提供一种水箱不开裂，使用寿命长的燃气快速蒸汽炉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：燃气快速蒸汽炉，包括蒸汽出口、燃烧器、多孔蒸发室、烟管，燃烧器设于多孔蒸发室下方，燃烧器通过管道与多孔蒸发室相连，多孔蒸发室下方设有水垢收集装置，烟管设于多孔蒸发室一侧，烟管通过另一管道与补水箱相连，其特征在于，所述补水箱横截面呈M形。
进一步，所述补水箱可为焊接式补水箱，焊接式补水箱的焊缝设于补水箱的M形内窝处，从而有利于避开应力集中的区域，避免焊缝开裂。
本实用新之燃气快速蒸汽炉使用横截面呈M形的补水箱后，有利于缓解由于热胀冷缩和压力引起的应力集中效应，有效分散压力方向，使整个水箱受力均匀，不易变形，整体性能好，解决了纯方形水箱承力有限的问题，抗震性能高，结实耐用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照图1，本实施例包括蒸汽出口1、燃烧器2、多孔蒸发室3、烟管4，燃烧器2设于多孔蒸发室3下方，燃烧器2通过管道与多孔蒸发室3相连，多孔蒸发室3下方设有水垢收集装置5，烟管4设于多孔蒸发室3一侧，烟管4通过另一管道与补水箱6相连，所述补水箱6横截面呈M形（参见图2）。
参照图2，所述补水箱为焊接式补水箱，焊接式补水箱的焊缝X设于补水箱的M形内窝处，从而有利于避开应力集中的区域，避免焊缝开裂。
工作原理：燃烧器2喷出的燃气充分燃烧后产生热量，该热量进入多孔蒸发室7，大部分热量用于将多孔蒸发室内的水加热蒸发产生蒸汽，产生的蒸汽经蒸汽出口1送出至外部设备；余热经多孔蒸发室3一侧的烟管4对补水箱6中的水进行加热。燃气快速蒸汽炉使用横截面呈M形的补水箱后，缓解了热胀冷缩和压力引起的应力集中效应，有效分散了压力方向，使整个水箱受力均匀，不易变形，整体性能好，解决了纯方形水箱承力有限的问题，抗震性能高，结实耐用。

1.燃气快速蒸汽炉，包括蒸汽出口、燃烧器、多孔蒸发室、烟管，燃烧器设于多孔蒸发室下方，燃烧器通过管道与多孔蒸发室相连，多孔蒸发室下方设有水垢收集装置，烟管设于多孔蒸发室一侧，烟管通过另一管道与补水箱相连，其特征在于，所述补水箱横截面呈M形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气快速蒸汽炉，其特征在于，所述补水箱为焊接式补水箱，焊接式补水箱的焊缝设于补水箱的M形内窝处。
