背景技术
药品包装是药品生产过程的一个重要环节，现有的无铝箔封口药瓶检测剔除装置的剔除机构主要为电磁铁或气缸，并且没有配套的控制系统控制其有效运行，因此现有设备存在容易产生错误操作，灵敏度低的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足，而提供的一种基于PLC控制器，能提高剔除机构操作的灵敏度的装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种无铝箔自动检测剔除装置，它包括流水线轨道，流水线轨道上设有识别机构和剔除机构，识别机构包括感应器，感应开关与PLC控制器的输入接口连接；上述剔除机构包括空压喷嘴，空压喷嘴与电磁阀连接，电磁阀与PLC控制器的输出接口连接。
上述感应器包括光电开关和接近开关。
上述剔除机构上设有废药盒。
本实用新型取得了以下的技术效果：
采用上述结构时，识别机构能对流水线上的产品进行检测，并将收集的信号传给PLC控制器，PLC控制器对信号进行分析处理后将输出信号发送给电磁阀，通过控制电磁阀的开启与闭合达到利用空压喷嘴将不合格品剔除的目的，有效提高了设备的灵敏度，降低了设备的误操作率；
采用感应器包括光电开关和接近开关的结构，这样采用多种感应器协同配合工作，提高了设备工作的稳定性和可靠性；
采用剔除机构上设有废药盒的结构，能将不合格品统一收集，便于处理。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种无铝箔自动检测剔除装置，它包括流水线轨道1，流水线轨道1上设有识别机构和剔除机构，识别机构包括感应器，感应开关与PLC控制器7的输入接口连接；
所述剔除机构包括空压喷嘴2，空压喷嘴2与电磁阀6连接，电磁阀与PLC控制器的输出接口连接。
所述感应器包括光电开关4和接近开关5，多种感应开关设置于流水线轨道上合适的位置，采用多种感应器协同配合工作，提高了设备工作的稳定性和可靠性。
所述剔除机构上设有废药盒3，能将不合格品统一收集，便于处理。
采用上述结构时，将本实用新型安装于生产流水线上，当药瓶8通过流水线轨道1流经感应器时，感应器会对药瓶8进行检测，并将收集的信号传给PLC控制器，PLC控制器对信号进行分析处理后将输出信号发送给电磁阀，通过控制电磁阀的开启与闭合达到利用空压喷嘴将不合格品剔除的目的，有效提高了设备的灵敏度，降低了设备的误操作率。

1.一种无铝箔自动检测剔除装置，它包括流水线轨道（1），其特征在于：流水线轨道（1）上设有识别机构和剔除机构，识别机构包括感应器，感应开关与PLC控制器（7）的输入接口连接；
所述剔除机构包括空压喷嘴（2），空压喷嘴（2）与电磁阀（6）连接，电磁阀与PLC控制器的输出接口连接。
