Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种CNC用加工模具，包括模具本体，所述模具本体上设有吸孔，所述的吸孔连接真空泵，所述的吸孔呈槽状；所述的吸孔相通并连接同一个真空泵；所述的吸孔呈田字型；所述的模具本体上设有密封膜。采用了上述结构之后，产品放置在模具本体上面受力均匀，固定牢固，在加工时不易出现偏位现象，进而能够提高产品合格率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及手机制造行业中的一种模具结构，尤其是涉及一种CNC用加工模具。
背景技术
目前，在手机屏幕制造行业中，使用CNC对玻璃屏幕进行加工，在加工的过程中需要采用模具进行定位并且固定，而现有的固定模具如图1所示包括模具本体以及模具本体上开设有5个吸孔，并且采用真空泵通过吸孔进行吸附固定，其缺点主要有：产品在模具上仅有五点受力，固定不牢并且在加工过程有移动现象出现，造成产品不良；在开启真空阀门时，五点受力不均容易造成产品破损。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使玻璃屏受力均匀并且不容易造成破损的CNC用加工模具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种CNC用加工模具，包括模具本体，所述模具本体上设有吸孔，所述的吸孔连接真空泵，所述的吸孔呈槽状。
进一步地，为了保证在吸附固定时能够受力均匀，所述的吸孔相通并连接同一个真空泵。
进一步具体的，所述的吸孔呈田字型。
进一步地，为了能够保证产品紧紧的吸附在模具本体上，所述的模具本体上设有密封膜。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用了上述结构之后，产品放置在模具本体上面受力均匀，固定牢固，在加工时不易出现偏位现象，进而能够提高产品合格率。

具体实施方式
如图2所示一种CNC用加工模具，包括模具本体2，所述模具本体2上设有吸孔1，所述的吸孔1连接真空泵3，所述的吸孔1呈槽状；所述的吸孔1相通并连接同一个真空泵3；所述的吸孔1呈田字型；所述的模具本体2上设有密封膜。
使用的时候，首先通过螺钉将模具本体2固定在CNC加工机床上，在模具本体2上安装好密封膜，将产品放置在密封膜上，打开真空泵3通过田字槽型的吸孔1将产品牢固的吸附在模具本体2上，这时可以使用CNC刀头进行加工，加工完成之后，真空泵3停止工作，将产品从模具本体2上取下；之后放入另一个待加工产品，进行下一回操作。

1.一种CNC用加工模具，包括模具本体(2)，所述模具本体(2)上设有吸孔(1)，所述的吸孔(1)连接真空泵(3)，其特征是：所述的吸孔(1)呈槽状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的CNC用加工模具，其特征是：所述的吸孔(1)相通并连接同一个真空泵(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的CNC用加工模具，其特征是：所述的吸孔(1)呈田字型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的CNC用加工模具，其特征是：所述的模具本体(2)上设有密封膜。
