背景技术
在饲料生产中，为了防止饲料发生霉变，通常需要向饲料中添加防霉剂。目前，液体防霉剂通常是由生产厂家经预处理制成粉状防霉剂后，再由人工称量添加到混合机中，经搅拌分散在饲料中，以达到在饲料中添加防霉剂的目的。然而，粉状防霉剂在解包后容易吸潮结块，结块后在饲料中搅拌不均匀，再加上预处理工序复杂，操作繁锁，导致工作效率低下。

本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种液体防霉剂自动添加设备，将液体防霉剂直接添加到饲料中，提高工作效率，保证防霉剂在饲料中的混合均匀度。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的液体防霉剂自动添加设备，包括混合机、喷嘴、管道系统、流量计、压力表、及缓冲罐，所述喷嘴固定安装在混合机的顶部，并通过管道系统与缓冲罐相连，所述流量计和压力表设置在管道系统上。

参阅图1所示，本实用新型所提供的一种液体防霉剂自动添加设备，包括混合机1、喷嘴2、管道系统3、流量计4、压力表5、及缓冲罐6，所述喷嘴2固定安装在混合机1的顶部，并通过管道系统3与缓冲罐6相连，所述流量计4和压力表5设置在管道系统3上，所述缓冲罐6上还设有加压装置7。
在使用本实用新型添加防霉剂时，先将液体防霉剂送入缓冲罐6，在缓冲罐6上加压装置7的作用下，将液体防霉剂加压到压力表5设定的压力值，经流量计4计量后通过管道系统3到达喷嘴2，在喷嘴2的作用下，以雾状形式喷入混合机1中，与混合机1中的饲料均匀混合。
本实用新型能够实现液体防霉剂的自动添加，液体防霉剂勿需进行预处理制成粉状，可直接添加到饲料中，效率高，操作方便，而且防霉剂是以喷雾状的形式喷入混合机1，喷洒均匀，使防霉剂在饲料中混合更充分，保证了防霉剂在饲料中的混合均匀度。

1.一种液体防霉剂自动添加设备，其特征在于：包括混合机、喷嘴、管道系统、流量计、压力表、及缓冲罐，所述喷嘴固定安装在混合机的顶部，并通过管道系统与缓冲罐相连，所述流量计和压力表设置在管道系统上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体防霉剂自动添加设备，其特征在于：所述缓冲罐上设置有加压装置。
