背景技术
[0002] 在公路或建筑建设施工过程中,常要用到直径为6mm、8mm及IOmm的盘条钢筋,盘条钢筋的调直是必经的工序。传统的方法是将盘条直接放置在固定架上,然后采用钢筋调直机进行调直。采用传统方法钢筋在调直过程中,盘条与固定架间会产生较大摩擦力,这部分力传给调直机,会影响调直机的工作效率,不经济。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的是:针对上述不足,提供一种既能固定盘条钢筋,同时又能有效增加调直机工作效率的转盘装置。

[0005] 一种钢筋调直转盘装置,包括转轴、底座和转盘,所述转轴固定在底座上,所述转盘由多根支撑杆组成,所述转盘的顶部设置有支撑板,所述转盘的底部设置有托架,所述托架上设置有若干个挡块,所述转盘内设置有与转轴相配合的转筒,所述转筒的顶部固定在支撑板上。
[0006] 所述转盘为圆锥台形结构,所述支撑杆的顶端均通过焊接固定在支撑板上、底端均通过焊接固定在托架上。

[0016] 如图1和图2所示,一种钢筋调直转盘装置,包括转轴1、底座2和转盘7,转轴I固定在底座2上,为了增强强度,转轴I与底座2为一整体结构。转盘7采用圆锥台形结构,并且转盘7由多根支撑杆4组成,支撑杆4优选为螺纹钢筋。为了便于固定,在转盘7的顶部设置了支撑板3,在转盘7的底部设置了托架6,在转盘7内设置了与转轴相配合的转筒5,转筒5的顶部固定在支撑板3上,为了增强强度,将转筒5与支撑板3设计为一整体结构。支撑杆4的顶端均通过焊接固定在支撑板3上、底端均通过焊接固定在托架6上。为了防止盘条钢筋脱落,在托架6上设置了若干个挡块8。托架6与底座2间留有间隙,间隙为 0.1—0.8cm。
[0017] 在施工过程中,在转轴I顶涂上润滑油,将转盘7上的转筒5直接套在转轴I上,即可组成钢筋调直转盘装置,然后将需要调直的盘条钢筋直接放置在转盘7上即可以进行钢筋调直,这样既能更好地固定盘条钢筋,又能将滑动摩擦转变为转动摩擦,减少摩擦力、有效增加调直机工作效率。

1.一种钢筋调直转盘装置,其特征在于:包括转轴、底座和转盘,所述转轴固定在底座上,所述转盘由多根支撑杆组成,所述转盘的顶部设置有支撑板,所述转盘的底部设置有托架,所述托架上设置有若干个挡块,所述转盘内设置有与转轴相配合的转筒,所述转筒的顶部固定在支撑板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢筋调直转盘装置,其特征在于:所述转盘为圆锥台形结构,所述支撑杆的顶端均通过焊接固定在支撑板上、底端均通过焊接固定在托架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢筋调直转盘装置,其特征在于:所述托架与底座间留有间隙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种钢筋调直转盘装置,其特征在于:所述间隙为0.1-0.8cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢筋调直转盘装置,其特征在于:所述转轴与底座为一整体结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢筋调直转盘装置,其特征在于:所述转筒与支撑板为一整体结构。
