现有的红外光谱仪用压片装置利用冲模等装置将各种颗粒原料压制成圆片及异片状，但在冲模时压力不均或使用不当会造成中模和上冲头卡死，不易取出成品件或损坏冲模结构。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种红外光谱仪用压片装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种红外光谱仪用压片装置，包括中模，中模设有内孔，还包括气管；内孔设有与气管连通的通道。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
在中模的中间位置加设一个通道，用来向内孔通入压缩空气，利用气压将成品件取出，避免损坏冲模。

图1是一种红外光谱仪用压片装置，由上冲头1和中模2组成。
中模2设有内孔3，内孔设有通向中模外壁的通道4，通道4与设在中模外壁的气管5连通，气管5可通入压缩空气。
当压片装置工作时发生上冲头与中模卡死现象时，所压制的成品件会堵死内孔而无法取出，这时从气管经过通道向内孔通入压缩空气，即可冲开堵塞的内孔，排除故障。
