Abstract

一种300MW级汽轮机低压叶顶汽封结构,用于提高汽轮机密封性能。其技术方案是:将隔板原叶顶汽封齿从叶顶汽封体上拔除,对叶顶汽封体内环进行补充加工,在补充加工后的叶顶汽封体内环上加工汽封槽,安装可退让式刷式汽封;可退让式刷式汽封背部加工有弹簧孔,设计一定数量的柱形弹簧,其在工作时可将可退让式刷式汽封压向转子,并在其与转子碰撞时具有退让性;在可退让式刷式汽封进汽侧设计通汽槽,供进汽侧蒸汽流入可退让式刷式汽封背部;可退让式刷式汽封的刷毛位置在出汽侧向进汽侧方向数的第2道。由于刷毛的存在,该处的汽封径向间隙可以减至更小,使汽轮机级内漏汽减少,汽轮机低压缸效率提高。基于上述作用原理,本实用新型具有比固定齿汽封更好的密封效果。

Description

一种300MW级汽轮机低压叶顶汽封结构
技术领域
本实用新型直接应用于300MW级汽轮机的节能降耗、增加机组出力的改造项目上。 
背景技术
国内某些300MW级汽轮机,其低压缸所发功率占机组总功率的40%左右,低压缸效率的高低对机组经济性有重要影响。某些300MW级汽轮机,其低压叶顶汽封为传统形式的固定齿汽封,这种汽封在机组运行时不能退让,普遍存在比较严重的磨损情况。为了避免磨损,在汽轮机设计时将汽封径向间隙设计为较大值,而在汽轮机组装时也不得不调大汽封径向间隙,同时延长机组启动时间。但是实际上大修后第一次启动时磨损就已经发生,机组实际上是长期在大汽封间隙下运行,蒸汽泄漏严重,低压缸效率偏低。汽封磨损甚至可能导致围带断裂和机组异常振动,影响机组的安全性。 
发明内容
为减少该型汽轮机低压叶顶汽封漏汽,提高低压缸效率,增加机组运行的安全性,将低压叶顶汽封改造为可退让式刷式汽封。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种300MW级汽轮机低压叶顶汽封结构,包括隔板、叶顶汽封体、可退让式刷式汽封、叶顶围带、柱形弹簧、通汽槽等,在叶顶汽封体内环加工汽封槽,安装可退让式刷式汽封,可退让式刷式汽封背部加工有弹簧孔,设计一定数量的柱形弹簧,其在工作时可将可退让式刷式汽封压向转子,并在其与转子碰撞时具有退让性。在可退让式刷式汽封进汽侧设计通汽槽,供进汽侧蒸汽流入可退让式刷式汽封背部。所述可退让式刷式汽封的刷毛位置在出汽侧向进汽侧方向数的第2道。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,在汽轮机工作时,可退让式刷式汽封如与转子发生碰撞,可以自由退让,避免损伤转子,同时由于刷毛的存在,该处的汽封径向间隙可以减至更小,使汽轮机级内漏汽减少,汽轮机低压缸效率提高。

具体实施方式
利用车床按照设计图纸加工可退让式刷式汽封至图纸设计尺寸,在相应位置焊接用于密封的刷毛,部分尺寸需留余量,待电厂停机后,测量相关尺寸,然后根据测量尺寸配车后加下到位。电厂停机后,低压改造级隔板返回加工车间,将隔板原叶顶汽封齿从叶顶汽封体上拔除,利用车床补充加工叶顶汽封体至图纸设计尺寸,然后在叶顶汽封体内环加工汽封槽。在电厂检修现场安装可退让式刷式汽封,并调整汽封齿径向间隙及刷毛径向间隙至设计值。 
在图1所示实施例中,对隔板(1)原叶顶汽封体(2)进行补充加工,然后在加工后的叶顶汽封体(2)内环上加工汽封槽,可退让式刷式汽封(3)通过柱形弹簧(5)安装于汽封槽内。可退让式刷式汽封(3)与叶顶围带(4)形成密封结构。 
本实用新型的通汽槽示意图见图2,通汽槽(7)在进汽侧方向。 
在图3所示实施例中,检修现场将可退让式刷式汽封(3)的汽封齿(8)及刷毛(6)与叶顶围带(4)径向间隙A、B修配至设计值。

1.一种300MW级汽轮机低压叶顶汽封结构,包括隔板、叶顶汽封体、可退让式刷式汽封、叶顶围带、柱形弹簧、通汽槽等,其特征是:在叶顶汽封体内环上加工汽封槽,安装可退让式刷式汽封,可退让式刷式汽封背部加工有弹簧孔,设计一定数量的柱形弹簧,其在工作时可将可退让式刷式汽封压向转子,并在其与转子碰撞时具有退让性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的300MW级汽轮机低压叶顶汽封结构,其特征是:在可退让式刷式汽封进汽侧设计通汽槽,供进汽侧蒸汽流入可退让式刷式汽封背部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的300MW级汽轮机低压叶顶汽封结构,其特征是:所述可退让式刷式汽封的刷毛位置在出汽侧向进汽侧方向数的第2道。
