背景技术
交通指示牌一般由立柱和平面牌子构成,平面牌子上喷绘有交通指示图案,用于指导汽车驾驶员按照规定行使,起到交通指示作用,交通指示牌包括限速牌、禁止左转弯牌等,其不足是,交通指示牌通常是固定安装在地上,不能够移动,在一些路段发生紧急情况需要交通指示牌时,不能够移动过去。并且一般的普通交通指示牌没有发光的功能,不够显眼。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的一种带太阳自动跟踪系统的太阳能交通指示牌。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种带太阳自动跟踪系统的太阳能交通指示牌,包括支柱(2),其特征是:支柱(2)的底部设置有支撑架(1),支撑架(1)的底部设置有滑轮(10),支柱(2)的顶部横向设置有横杆(3),横杆(3)中部垂直设置有LED发光板(4),横杆(3)的左侧上方垂直设置有左直杆(5),左直杆(5)的顶部设置有太阳能光伏板自动跟踪装置(6),支柱(2)的中部设置有支撑板(7),支撑板(7)上固定有蓄电池(8),蓄电池(8)上方设置有LED发光板控制器(9),LED发光板控制器(9)可以控制LED发光板(4)发光,太阳能光伏板自动跟踪装置(6)通过导线和蓄电池(8)连接,蓄电池(8)通过导线、开关为LED发光板控制器(9)、LED发光板(4)供电,所述的太阳能光伏板自动跟踪装置包括跟踪装置主体、水平旋转云台、光敏电阻、跟踪装置控制器,所述跟踪装置主体安装在所述水平旋转云台的旋转件上,在所述跟踪装置主体上设有所述光敏电阻、所述跟踪装置控制器和太阳能光伏板,所述光敏电阻与所述跟踪装置控制器连接,所述跟踪装置控制器与所述水平旋转云台的电机连接。
该活动式交通指示牌可以移动,在一些路段发生紧急情况需要交通指示牌时,可以随时移动过去。并且,该交通指示牌设置有LED发光板,通过LED发光板发光形成各种交通指示图案,更加醒目。并且,该交通指示牌利用太阳能光伏板自动跟踪装置供电,同时具有追踪太阳的装置,充分利用太阳能,节能环保。
