本实用新型公开了一种无机房永磁同步曳引机,包括转子体,转子体端面上固定有大齿轮圈,大齿轮圈与一小齿轮啮合,小齿轮通过齿轮轴转动装配在曳引机壳体上,在齿轮轴远离曳引机壳体的一端设置有采集转动信息的旋转编码器。本实用新型通过大齿轮圈和小齿轮的啮合来带动旋转编码器运转,从而获取曳引机运转信号,所获得的转动信息快速、准确;而且通过旋转编码器侧置于曳引机中,本实用新型克服了现有无机房电梯中的旋转编码器安装、维护困难的技术问题,使电梯维修人员工作方便、安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电梯中使用的永磁同步曳引机,特别是适用于无机房电梯中使用的永磁同步曳引机。
背景技术
传统的电梯都是有机房的,主机、控制屏等放置在机房。随着技术的进步,曳引机和电器元件的小型化,人们对电梯机房越来越不感兴趣。无机房电梯是相对于有机房电梯而言的,将原机房内的控制屏、曳引机、限速器等移往井道顶部或井道侧部,从而取消了传统的机房。由于不需要机房,无机房电梯不仅节约了空间,而且对建筑结构及造价上有更大的益处,无机房电梯比有机房电梯的建筑成本要低。
但是,无机房电梯维修和管理不如有机房电梯方便。无机房电梯安装时,通常是将曳引机背面靠住墙体,曳引机前面直接固定在电梯导轨上,而曳引机的旋转编码器设置在曳引机主轴后端,导致旋转编码器紧挨着墙体,安装的时候非常麻烦,即使是安装好了,后期维保和更换都无法进行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装、维护方便的旋转编码器侧置式无机房永磁同步曳引机。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种无机房永磁同步曳引机,包括转子体,转子体端面上固定有大齿轮圈,大齿轮圈与一小齿轮啮合,小齿轮通过齿轮轴转动装配在曳引机壳体上,在齿轮轴远离曳引机壳体的一端设置有采集转动信息的旋转编码器。
所述齿轮轴通过轴承转动装配在曳引机壳体上。
本实用新型通过大齿轮圈和小齿轮的啮合来带动旋转编码器运转从而获取曳引机运转信号,所获得的转动信息快速、准确;而且通过旋转编码器侧置于曳引机中,本新型克服了现有无机房电梯中的旋转编码器安装、维护困难的技术问题,使电梯维修人员工作方便、安全。

见图1、图2所示,一种无机房永磁同步曳引机,包括转子体7,转子体7和主轴4是一体的,转子体7的端面上固定有大齿轮圈3,大齿轮圈3与一小齿轮1啮合,小齿轮1通过齿轮轴8转动装配在曳引机壳体9上,在齿轮轴8远离曳引机壳体9的一端设置有采集转动信息的旋转编码器6,齿轮轴8通过第一轴承2和第二轴承5转动装配在曳引机壳体9上。

1.一种无机房永磁同步曳引机,包括转子体,其特征在于,转子体端面上固定有大齿轮圈,大齿轮圈与一小齿轮啮合,小齿轮通过齿轮轴转动装配在曳引机壳体上,在齿轮轴远离曳引机壳体的一端设置有采集转动信息的旋转编码器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机房永磁同步曳引机,其特征在于,所述齿轮轴通过轴承转动装配在曳引机壳体上。
