本实用新型公开了一种电梯曳引机的转子,所述的转子的一端部上设置有大齿圈,所述的大齿圈与所述的转子一体设置。本实用新型与现有技术相比结构简单,易于加工制造,盘车装置无需再另设一大齿轮,简化曳引机装配,并且可以有效地降低成本。

本实用新型涉及一种电梯曳引机的转子,属于电梯的技术领域。
背景技术
电梯曳引机手动盘车装置是在紧急状况或者需要对电梯进行断电检修时,通过手动来移动电梯轿厢的操作机构。随着电梯技术日益发展,目前无齿轮曳引机已逐渐取代有齿轮曳引机,这主要是因为相对于有齿轮曳引机,无齿轮曳引机没有减速箱作为中间传动环节,所以具有传动效率高、噪声小、传动平稳以及体积小、结构简单、更加环保等优点。有齿轮曳引机在应急、检修和维护时转动安装在曳引机高速端的盘车手轮,使电梯上下运动。然而,无齿轮曳引机由于取消了机械减速机构,若仍采用传统的盘车结构,则移动装载有额定重量的轿厢时,所需的操作力远超过400N,无法满足国家电梯标准和用人力实现电梯紧急状态操作的要求。
为解决上述困难,现有的无齿轮曳引机的手动盘车装置通常都配备有力放大机构,该力放大机构可以是齿轮啮合机构、皮带轮机构等。申请号为02217935.6的中国实用新型专利“无齿轮曳引机的手动盘车装置”公开了一种手动盘车装置,大齿轮通过键或销装固在曳引机旋转轴延伸端的梢部,带有小齿轮的小齿轮手轮装置用来旋转大齿轮。在工程实践中发现,采用上述结构的曳引机结构复杂、成本较高,并且在曳引机内部狭小的空间内装配困难。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的曳引机的转子,从而能够简化曳引机的结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种电梯曳引机的转子,所述的转子的一端部上设置有大齿圈,所述的大齿圈与所述的转子一体设置。
所述的大齿圈设置在所述的转子的外圆周表面。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本实用新型与现有技术相比结构简单,易于加工制造,盘车装置无需再另设一大齿轮,简化曳引机装配,并且可以有效地降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明:
参见图1所示的电梯曳引机的转子1,该转子1的长度相对传统的转子较长,并且在该转子1的一端部的外圆周表面上直接加工有大齿圈11。
参见图2,图1所示的转子1应用在具有盘车装置的电梯曳引机上。曳引机机壳4内转动设置有上述的转子1,所述的转子1的一端部的外圆周表面上直接加工有大齿圈11,所述的转子1的另一端部与曳引机的曳引轮固定连接。该曳引机的盘车装置的手动操作装置包括固定连接的盘车手轮3与小齿圈2,当需要盘车时,使得所述的小齿圈2与大齿圈11相啮合,转动盘车手轮3实现盘车。

1、一种电梯曳引机的转子(1),所述的转子(1)的一端部上设置有大齿圈(11),其特征在于:所述的大齿圈(11)与所述的转子(1)一体设置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电梯曳引机的转子,其特征在于:所述的大齿圈(11)设置在所述的转子(1)的外圆周表面。
