本实用新型公开了一种螺旋输送机水助力推送装置，其包括设置在螺旋输送机的壳体外壁的出水口装置，出水口装置一端与螺旋输送机壳体内部相连通，另一端装有一出水管道，所述出水管道与水力分离器的出水管连接，所述出水管道的中心高度与水力分离器内的溢水口的高度相等。压力水由螺旋输送机入水口注入，压力水从螺旋输送机的壳体内顺着螺旋轴上升至出水口装置，经出水管道与水力分离器的出水管一同回流，在螺旋轴输送铅栅的时候，水的流动帮助螺旋轴往上推动铅栅，起到了助力作用，提高了螺旋输送的效率。

本实用新型涉及螺旋输送机领域，特别涉及一种螺旋输送机水助力推送装置。
背景技术
铅酸电池破碎分离回收系统所用的铅栅螺旋输送机，是配合水力分离器工作的，所以螺旋输送机必须倾斜一定的角度，在工作中，水力分离器把铅栅与塑料分离开，螺旋输送分离后的铅栅输送到下一工序，铅栅与塑料分离是靠水动力，水的存在又影响了螺旋输送的效率，以至于造成铅栅在螺旋输送管底部的堵塞，影响了螺旋输送机的正常工作，严重时会造成螺旋输送轴的断裂。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、能提高螺旋输送效率的螺旋输送机水助力推送装置。
本实用新型解决上述问题的技术方案是：一种螺旋输送机水助力推送装置，包括设置在螺旋输送机的壳体外壁的出水口装置，出水口装置一端与螺旋输送机壳体内部相连通，另一端装有一出水管道，所述出水管道与水力分离器的出水管连接。
所述出水管道的中心高度与水力分离器内的溢水口的高度相等。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：压力水由螺旋输送机入水口注入，压力水从螺旋输送机的壳体内顺着螺旋轴上升至出水口装置，经出水管道与水力分离器的出水管一同回流，在螺旋轴输送铅栅的时候，水的流动帮助螺旋轴往上推动铅栅，起到了助力作用，提高了螺旋输送的效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示，图中包括出水口装置1、出水管道2、出水管3、水力分离器4、溢流口5、入水口6、壳体7、驱动装置8、螺旋轴9，所述出水口装置1设置在螺旋输送机的壳体7外壁上，出水口装置1一端与螺旋输送机壳体7内部相连通，另一端装有一出水管道2，出水管道2与水力分离器4的出水管3连接，所述出水管道2的中心高度与水力分离器4内的溢流口5的高度相等。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：压力水由螺旋输送机入水口6注入，压力水的流量是水力分离器4与水助力推送流量的总和，压力水在螺旋输送机底部分流，一部分上升至水力分离器4的溢流口5，铅栅与塑料的混合物由入料口也就是溢流口5进入，因为重力往下落，压力水由底部往上升，铅栅比重大，在压力水中落到底部，塑料比重小，被压力水推出溢流口5，经水力分离器4的出水管3流出，从而达到分离铅栅与塑料的目的，另一部分压力水从螺旋输送机的壳体7内顺着螺旋轴9上升至出水口装置1，经出水管道2与水力分离器4的出水管3一同回流，在螺旋轴9输送铅栅的时候，水的流动帮助螺旋轴9往上推动铅栅，起到了助力作用，提高了螺旋输送的效率。

1.一种螺旋输送机水助力推送装置，其特征在于：包括设置在螺旋输送机的壳体外壁的出水口装置，出水口装置一端与螺旋输送机壳体内部相连通，另一端装有一出水管道，所述出水管道与水力分离器的出水管连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺旋输送机水助力推送装置，其特征在于：所述出水管道的中心高度与水力分离器内的溢水口的高度相等。
