技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种张紧轮，特别涉及加工高强度金属材料的机床用的能同时用于V带和平带链接的涨紧轮。
背景技术
涨紧轮作主要作用就是保持皮带的涨紧力，从而使发动机更有效的工作，并降低因为皮带振动而产生的噪音。在高强度金属材料的加工中，张紧轮的好坏对于机床电机的加工效率起到关键的影响。
目前，公知的涨紧轮主要有两种，滚轮式和深沟槽式。滚轮式主要用于平带，深沟槽式则用于V型带。若一台机器用平带传动，另一台又有V带链接，两台机器轮流工作。但没有一种涨紧轮同时适用于两种皮带，则需要买两种涨紧器，成本比较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了克服上述背景技术的缺点，提供一种带轴承螺栓的自动涨紧轮，可以同时用于V带和平带链接，且涨紧轮可内置和外置，克服了之前涨紧轮的单一性，使得成本费用降低，同时也减少了频频选型号的时间。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种自动涨紧轮，它包括：轮子、轴承、顶紧套、弹簧垫圈、螺母、螺栓，所述的轮子正面圆心部位设有凹槽，凹槽内设有用于安装螺栓的螺纹，所述的轴承设置于轮子内部，所述的顶紧套和弹簧垫圈套在螺栓上，螺栓上安装有螺母。
所述的轮子两侧设有凸台。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型可以同时用于V带和平带链接，且涨紧轮可内置和外置，克服了之前涨紧轮的单一性，成本费用降低，同时也减少了频频选型号的时间。

具体实施方式
本实施例为一种自动涨紧轮1，它包括：轴承2、顶紧套3、弹簧垫圈4、螺母5、螺栓6。
如图1所示轮子1正面圆心部位设有凹槽，凹槽内设有用于安装螺栓6的螺纹，轴承2设置于轮子1内部，顶紧套3和弹簧垫圈4套在螺栓6上，螺栓6上安装有螺母5，轮子1两侧设有凸台。
将涨紧轮与涨紧支架连接后，调节好涨紧臂的角度，将其固定，涨紧轮要尽量远离被动轮安装。使用简易图如图3和图4所示。此种涨紧轮虽然没有沟槽，但也可用于V带传送，轮子两侧的小凸台可以阻止V带的侧滑，不易飞出。

1.一种加工高强度金属材料的机床用自动涨紧轮，它包括：轮子、轴承、顶紧套、弹簧垫圈、螺母、螺栓，其特征是所述的轮子正面圆心部位设有凹槽，凹槽内设有用于安装螺栓的螺纹，所述的轴承设置于轮子内部，所述的顶紧套和弹簧垫圈套在螺栓上，螺栓上安装有螺母。
2.如权利要求1所述的加工高强度金属材料的机床用自动涨紧轮，其特征是所述的轮子两侧设有凸台。
