本实用新型公开了一种建筑模板夹具，包括夹板、轴杆和导套，导套和夹板间设置连接筋板，焊接成一个整体，夹板和导套设置相应的连通孔，内设置滑槽；轴杆上设置导向槽，内设置导向条，轴杆的一端设置堵头，另一端设置外螺纹，夹板、导套从外螺纹端套装在轴杆上并能沿轴杆做轴向移动，在堵头与本侧的夹板间设置有弹簧，外螺纹端设置锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母与本侧的夹板间设置弹簧。本实用新型的建筑模板夹具，夹板、导套与轴杆间设置有导向条组成导向装置，夹板、导套不会在轴杆上转动，夹紧时无需对夹板进行位置校正，操作简单，导套与夹板间有连接筋板焊接后强度变强，使用过程中不易变形，能长时间保持夹具的夹紧效果。

本实用新型涉及建筑用具技术领域，具体地说涉及一种建筑模板夹具。
背景技术
在建筑施工中，如在浇注梁、墙、柱时常采用模板，常用的模板固定方式是采用铁丝捆绑，其不足之处是费工费时，材料浪费大，而且经常因模板未绑紧，造成模板移位或脱落，影响施工质量。为了解决这个问题，人们发明了一种建筑模板夹具，主要由夹板和轴杆组成，能够方便夹紧模板，但这种夹具无导向装置，夹板易在轴杆上转动，夹紧时需要摆正夹板的位置才能保证夹紧效果，操作复杂，二是夹板由单块钢板组成，强度弱，易变形，长时间使用后夹持效果变差。

针对上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种建筑模板夹具，其操作简单、使用方便、能够快速夹紧模板，夹板的强度高，长时间使用后的夹持效果好。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种建筑模板夹具，包括夹板、轴杆和导套，所述导套和夹板之间设置连接筋板，导套、夹板和连接筋板焊接成一个整体，夹板的下部和导套设置相应的连通孔，连通孔内设置滑槽；所述轴杆上设置导向槽，导向槽内设置导向条，轴杆的一端设置堵头，另一端设置外螺纹，所述的夹板、导套从外螺纹端套装在轴杆上并能沿轴杆做轴向移动，在堵头与本侧的夹板间设置有弹簧，外螺纹端设置锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母与本侧的夹板间设置弹簧。
进一步，所述的导向条由紧定螺钉固定在导向槽内。
进一步，所述夹板对应面的上端设置向下倾斜的斜面。
和现有技术相比，本实用新型的建筑模板夹具，夹板、导套与轴杆间设置有导向条组成的导向装置，夹板、导套不会在轴杆上转动，夹紧时无需对夹板进行位置校正，使夹紧时的操作变得更为简单，导套与夹板间有连接筋板焊接后强度变强，夹板不会因为上端设置斜面后强度变弱，使用过程中不易变形，能长时间保持夹具的夹紧效果。

如图1所示，本实用新型的建筑模板夹具，包括夹板1、轴杆2和导套3，所述导套3和夹板1之间设置连接筋板4，导套3、夹板1和连接筋板4焊接成一个整体，夹板1的下部和导套3设置相应的连通孔，连通孔内设置滑槽；所述轴杆2上设置导向槽10，导向槽10内设置导向条5，轴杆2的一端设置堵头6，另一端设置外螺纹，所述的夹板1、导套3从外螺纹端套装在轴杆2上并能沿轴杆2做轴向移动，在堵头6与本侧的夹板1间设置有弹簧，外螺纹端设置锁紧螺母7，锁紧螺母7与本侧的夹板1间设置弹簧8。
所述的导向条5由紧定螺钉固定在导向槽10内。
所述夹板1对应面的上端设置向下倾斜的斜面9。
