本实用新型涉及破损焊丝盘辅助夹具。
背景技术
钢结构加工厂的二氧化碳焊丝盘经常因为搬运或使用不当，导致焊丝损耗和浪费，这主要来源于焊丝卡死的无法抽动；主要来源于整盘或者是半盘焊丝的散盘，经常出现大量的散盘焊丝，无法使用只好弃之。这不仅会造成现场混乱，更重要的是造成焊丝和人力的大量浪费，同时还由于焊丝盘的卡死导致焊接质量较差。每年公司因这个原因造成很巨大的焊丝浪费量，每个钢结构厂都普遍存在着这种现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种破损焊丝盘辅助夹具，同时也可以用螺杆、弧形夹块将焊丝控制在有效的范围内，便于抽丝顺利，就能将破损的、残留的焊丝充分的利用完，节约了大量破损焊丝的浪费问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
破损焊丝盘辅助夹具，包括有两个夹盘，所述的两个夹盘之间连接有数个螺杆，相邻的螺杆之间设有弧形夹块，各个螺杆与弧形夹块位于同一圆周线上，夹盘的中间开有轴孔。
所述的螺杆有四个，螺杆一端固定于夹盘上，另一端具有外螺纹。
本实用新型同时也可以用螺杆、弧形夹块将焊丝控制在有效的范围内，螺杆将焊丝夹紧，便于抽丝顺利，就能将破损的、残留的焊丝充分的利用完，节约了大量破损焊丝的浪费问题。

1.破损焊丝盘辅助夹具，包括有两个夹盘，其特征在于：所述的两个夹盘之间连接有数个螺杆，相邻的螺杆之间设有弧形夹块，各个螺杆与弧形夹块位于同一圆周线上，夹盘的中间开有轴孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的破损焊丝盘辅助夹具，其特征在于：所述的螺杆有四个，螺杆一端固定于夹盘上，另一端具有外螺纹。
