背景技术
目前，建筑上常用的混凝土柱、梁等属于热桥部位的构件，在保温工程中的做法一般是采用浇筑完构件后再进行外保温工程，需要先后进行基层找平、涂界面剂、粘贴保温材料、涂抹面层、做装饰层等一系列工序。施工耗时较长，造价成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种复合保温板，该复合保温板可以作为模具直接参与混凝土梁、柱的浇筑成型，与之浇筑成为一体，省去了单独进行外保温工程，以缩短施工周期和降低成本。
为此，本实用新型提供了一种复合保温板，包括上衬面层、下衬面层及设置在该上衬面层与下衬面层之间的保温层。
前述上衬面层与下衬面层的外表层上设置有饰面层。
前述上衬面层或下衬面层的外表层上设置有饰面层。
前述上衬面层与下衬面层由水泥基纤维板、无机树脂板、铝板和硅酸钙板中的任一种制成。
前述保温层由XPS、EPS、PU板、岩棉板、泡沫混凝土和珍珠岩板中的任一种制成。
前述饰面层由喷涂真石漆、金属漆和氟碳漆中的任一种制成。
本实用新型提供的复合保温板，可以作为模具直接参与混凝土梁、柱的浇筑成型，与之浇筑成为一体，省去了模板的拆装，外保温工程，甚至可以省去饰面工程，施工简便，成本较低。

具体实施方式
为了实现将复合保温板可以作为模具直接参与混凝土梁、柱的浇筑成型，与之浇筑成为一体，省去了单独进行外保温工程，以缩短施工周期和降低成本的目的，本实施例提供了一种图1所示的复合保温板，包括上衬面层1、下衬面层2及设置在该上衬面层1与下衬面层2之间的保温层3，该保温层3由XPS、EPS、PU板、岩棉板、泡沫混凝土和珍珠岩板中的任一种制成。由此不难看出，该复合保温板相当于预制好的具有保温层3的混凝土柱、梁等热桥部位的一部分，只需要将该复合保温板与混凝土柱、梁等热桥部位直接浇筑为一体即可，省去了原先的模板的拆装和外保温工程，缩短了施工周期和降低了成本。
而由图1还可看出，上衬面层1、下衬面层2的外表层上各设置有或只有上衬面层1或下衬面层2的外表层饰面层4。如此一来，可以省去饰面工程，使得施工更加简便，成本更低。
本实施例中涉及的上衬面层1与下衬面层2由水泥基纤维板、无机树脂板、铝板和硅酸钙板中的任一种制成。饰面层4由喷涂真石漆、金属漆和氟碳漆中的任一种制成。

1.一种复合保温板，其特征在于：包括上衬面层(1)、下衬面层(2)及设置在该上衬面层(1)与下衬面层(2)之间的保温层(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合保温板，其特征在于：所述上衬面层(1)与下衬面层(2)的外表层上各设置有饰面层(4)。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合保温板，其特征在于：所述上衬面层(1)或下衬面层(2)的外表层上设置有饰面层(4)。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的复合保温板，其特征在于：所述保温层(3)由XPS、EPS、PU板、岩棉板、泡沫混凝土和珍珠岩板中的任一种制成。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的复合保温板，其特征在于：所述上衬面层(1)、下衬面层(2)由水泥基纤维板、无机树脂板、铝板和硅酸钙板中的任一种制成。
6.如权利要求2或3所述的复合保温板，其特征在于：所述饰面层(4)由喷涂真石漆、金属漆和氟碳漆中的任一种而成。
