背景技术
家庭主妇经常需要切肉片、鱼片等，一般菜刀的刀身较厚，不适于切片。市场上有专门的切片刀，其仅仅减少了刀身的壁厚，切片后的肉品容易附在刀身的刀刃部，不易取下。

本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种切片刀，切下的菜品不易粘在刀刃部。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题的方案是：一种切片刀，包括刀身和手柄，刀身有刀刃部，所述刀刃部设置有若干出气孔，手柄上设置有气囊，刀身内部有通道连通出气孔与气囊。
手柄上设置有气囊，手压着气囊给菜品切片时，有气体从出气孔吹出，切下的菜品到达出气孔时受到背离刀面的风力往外往下垂，大部分切下的菜品在自重的作用下会剥离刀面。
作为改进，所述气囊位于手柄的前端。
切片时，拇指和食指最用力，气囊位于手柄的前端，使拇指和食指能扣在气囊上，从而能给气囊强有力的按压，使出气孔出来的气体较为强劲。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、效果明显，切下的菜品能自动剥离刀面，不仅省时省力，而且切片完整、美观。
