一种压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉,锅炉本体上部为纵置的压力相变换热器,压力相变换热器下部为纵置的锅筒,锅筒下部为锅炉炉膛,炉膛四周水冷壁等部件为受热面,立置于炉膛外侧的组合螺纹烟管筒、组合螺纹烟管筒为尾部受热面,组合螺纹烟管尾部受热面共2个回程,即I回程螺纹烟管筒、II回程螺纹烟管筒。该锅炉根据需要可分为热水型和汽水两用型,也可根据需要输出一组或两组供热参数的热水,是一种具备对供暖锅炉水质适应性广、安全可靠性、热效率高的新型热水锅炉。

背景技术
据国家质量监督部门的权威调查,我国约有65%的在用工业锅炉因为锅炉水质问题而发生损坏、维修或更换;尤其是供暖锅炉,因为系统循环水质不良致使锅炉发生损坏或更换的比例更大。因此,多年来,业界一直寻求对水质不甚敏感的热水锅炉炉型。双回路相变热水锅炉能够从根本上解决此问题。目前已有此类技术是负压相变(也称真空相变)热水锅炉,该种锅炉除具有相变锅炉的共性优点外,尚存在明显的缺点,如制造工艺严格必须经氦气检漏、阀门配件不允许泄露、系统要增设除气泵、因中间介质的饱和温度偏低,使锅炉的使用范围受到限制(只能用于低温供暖)等。经创新优化设计的压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉解决了负压相变锅炉存在的问题,克服了负压相变锅炉缺点,同时,使得此种锅炉的容量可以向大型化发展,锅炉容量可达70MW(100t/h),是区域集中供热锅炉的变革性替代技术产品。发明内容 
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具备对供暖锅炉水质适应性广(尤其在水质较差的供暖地区)、安全可靠性、热效率高的新型热水锅炉,该锅炉根据需要可分为热水型和汽水两用型,也可根据需要输出一组或两组供热参数的热水(如出水95/回水70℃,出水60/回水45℃)等。本实用新型特征在于,将压力相变换热器布置于组合螺纹烟管锅炉锅筒的上方,使供热水与锅炉产生的低压蒸汽进行相变(蒸汽冷凝)换热,整合吸收了相变换热技术优点与组合螺纹烟管锅炉的优势。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:锅炉本体上部为压力相变换热器1,相变换热器1下部为锅筒2,炉墙3围成的锅炉炉膛4,炉膛4四周水冷壁5等部件为受热面,立置于炉膛4外侧的组合螺纹烟管筒I6、组合螺纹烟管筒II7作为尾部受热面;组合螺纹烟管尾部受热面共2个回程,即I回程螺纹烟管筒6、II回程螺纹烟管筒7,两排烟管筒的下管板8用钢板条相连,并坐落于支撑架上。 
本锅炉可依据容量设置压力相变换热器1及采用多个小直径螺纹烟管筒进行组合。组合螺纹烟管筒I6、组合螺纹烟管筒II7均采用小直径螺纹烟管,且立置于炉膛外侧4,锅炉可依据容量采用多个小直径螺纹烟管筒进行组合。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
(1)压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉除具有组合螺纹烟管锅炉的钢材消耗明显下降,制造、运输、安装简便,容量与压力不受限制,大容量锅炉高度明显低于其它炉型,磨损、积灰的可能性减小,锅炉环保效果更好,也适于燃烧生物质燃料。 
(2)相变换热式热水锅炉在供热循环系统水质欠佳条件下,与火焰、高温烟气接触的受热面由于不与循环水直接接触,因而安全可靠性得到根本性改善,适合我国目前条件下的水质状况。 
(3)有压相变换热式热水锅炉对自控、工艺无特殊要求。 
(4)由于中间介质的压力不高,而换热管的传热面积又较少,因此,有压相变换热式热水锅炉的制造成本与常规热水锅炉相当。 
(5)由于换热管外部为冷凝相变换热,内部为水的强迫对流换热,即使一般管子,传热系数也已很大,可有效减少换热管所占据的空间,会使布置更加方便。 
(6)由于锅内的中间介质可基本不排污,使锅炉热损失有所减少,锅炉基本不结垢,传热效果好,锅炉的热效率较高。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种新型压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉。 
压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉的相变换热器置于组合螺纹烟管锅炉锅筒的上部,组合螺纹烟管筒I6(I回程螺纹烟管筒6)、组合螺纹烟管筒II7(II回程螺纹烟管筒7)立置于炉膛4外侧后部,炉膛4四周水冷壁5及I回程螺纹烟管筒6作为蒸发受热面。II回程螺纹烟管筒7作为锅炉尾部受热面。相变换热器的供热水与来至锅筒的饱和蒸汽进行相变换热,被加热的供热水从相变换热器热水出口引出。

1.一种压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉,锅炉本体上部为纵置的压力相变换热器,压力相变换热器下部为纵置的锅筒,锅筒下部为锅炉炉膛,炉膛四周水冷壁等部件为受热面,立置于炉膛外侧的组合螺纹烟管筒、组合螺纹烟管筒为尾部受热面,组合螺纹烟管尾部受热面共2个回程,即I回程螺纹烟管筒、II回程螺纹烟管筒,其特征在于:压力相变换热器下部为纵置的锅筒,锅筒下部为锅炉炉膛,炉膛四周水冷壁等部件为受热面,立置于炉膛外侧的组合螺纹烟管筒I、组合螺纹烟管筒II为尾部受热面,组合螺纹烟管尾部受热面共2个回程,即I回程螺纹烟管筒、II回程螺纹烟管筒。 
2.如权利要求1所述的压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉,其特征在于:组合螺纹烟管筒I、组合螺纹烟管筒II均采用小直径螺纹烟管,且立置于炉膛外侧,锅炉由于可依据锅炉容量采用多个小直径螺纹烟管筒进行组合。 
3.如权利要求1所述的压力相变组合螺纹烟管锅炉,其特征在于:I回程螺纹烟管筒、II回程螺纹烟管筒两排烟管筒的下管板用钢结构相连,并坐落于支撑架上。
