背景技术
    液力变矩器,由泵轮,涡轮,导轮组成。安装在发动机的飞轮上,以液压油ATF为工作介质,起传递转矩,变矩,变速及离合的作用。在工程机械、建筑机械等行业中,液力变矩器是普遍采用的重要传动部件,几乎每台机械上都使用。泵轮毂是液力变矩器中泵轮的重要组成部分,直接影响液力变矩器的性能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单、制造方便的液力变矩器泵轮毂,以提高液力变矩器性能。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种液力变矩器泵轮毂,其特征在于: 该泵轮毂呈圆筒形,其外径由大到小依次分三节递减,外径最小的一节经退刀槽连接花键段,花健段上均匀制有花健,泵轮毂的内径一致并在与花键段相连一节的筒壁上开一加油孔,外径最大一节的外端设有轴肩。
所述泵轮毂直径最大节外径为64mm,长16mm,直径其次节外径57.22mm,长21.5mm,直径最小节外径54.96mm,长21.1mm;花键段分度圆直径52.07,长23.4mm;所述加油孔直径为3.2mm,所述轴肩外径50mm,长3mm;泵轮毂内径为44.2mm,花键段内径为44.465mm。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单、制造方便,使用该泵轮毂可有效提高液力变矩器性能。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例为一种液力变矩器泵轮毂,该泵轮毂呈圆筒形,其外侧面分为三节,外径依次逐节减小,其中外径最小的一节经退刀槽连接花键段5,花健段上均匀制有花健51;泵轮毂与花键段5相连一节的筒壁上开有一个加油孔6;外径最大一节的外端制有便于安装定位的轴肩1。
本实施例中轴肩1外径50mm,长3mm;泵轮毂直径最大节2外径为64mm,长16mm,直径其次节3外径57.22mm,长21.5mm,直径最小节4外径54.96mm,长21.1mm;花键段5分度圆直径52.07mm,长23.4mm;泵轮毂与轴肩内径一致,为44.2mm,花键段5内径为44.465mm。本例中加油孔6直径为3.2mm。
本实施例由中碳材料锻造成毛坯,再由数控车床精车,插齿,磨床处要求纵向进刀,且一次磨削到位,不能有一点横向走刀纹路。本实施例光洁度要求较高,产品一有划伤就报废处理。
