Description
技术领域 本实用新型属于电工用具技术领域，涉及一种2M头焊接辅助工具。
背景技术 2M头即两兆头，是2M信号线与设备接口的简称。焊接2M头是调度数据网与通信设备安装工作中的重要环节。但其结构精密，容易损坏或虚焊，导致浪费大量的昂贵材料、降低业务稳定性、耽误调试安装工期。现有技术的焊接方式主要存在容易晃动虚焊、焊锡容易粘连到2M头外壳使信号针与外壳短路和单人操作不方便的技术问题。其难点在于：1.信号线、2M头信号针、焊锡丝和烙铁难易结合；2.信号线太细预先“吃锡”不便，冬季施工温度低，导致焊接熔化慢。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在晃动虚焊、焊锡容易粘连到2M头外壳使信号针与外壳短路和单人操作不便的技术问题，提供一种2M头焊接辅助工具，以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型一种2M头焊接辅助工具，包括木质板底座，所述木质板底座的中上部设有铜箔熔锡碗，木质板底座的左下角设有2M头固定槽，2M头固定槽的边沿上设有相互对应的固定夹，2M头固定槽的右边设有与2M头固定槽中心线相互对应的信号线固定夹。
