本实用新型涉及低风阻翅片风冷式换热器,包括散热翅片、热管,其特征在于:热管为扁平的圆管,扁平的圆管的呈水平放置,扁平的圆管的横截面的长和高的比大于等于1.5,散热翅片有与扁平的圆管外轮廓相同的冲孔,扁平的圆管位于散热翅片的冲孔内,散热翅片上有多个冲孔,扁平的圆管上穿有过片散热翅片,散热翅片的冲孔边缘上设置有接触边,接触边与扁平的圆管外侧相抵触。扁平的圆管的横截面的轮廓线为椭圆。散热翅片为铝箔片。本实用新型的优点是能大幅度减小热管的风阻系数,提高热管的有效传热面积,提高换热器的换热效率,降低空调的能耗。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种低风阻翅片风冷式换热器。
背景技术
现在的空调外机的空气换热器,是将高温高压的冷媒介质予以冷却,然后在膨胀时吸热制冷,因此空气换热器的散热效果对于制冷的效率影响重大,但是由于现在的空气换热器通常采用圆形管加翅片式,当散热风吹到圆管上时,空气流动后在圆管的尾部有一个较大的尾涡,从而使圆管在此处的散热效果非常差,整个圆管的传热面积比变小,使圆管加翅片式的空气换热器的空气流动阻力增大,换热系数变少,因此现在的圆管加翅片的换热器的散热效率一直不高,其散热后的介质温度较高,降低了空调的制冷效果,其能效比无法提高,而现行的节能要求非常高,因此亟待发明一种能够提高空气换热器散热效果的低风阻翅片风冷式换热器,以解决目前满足能效比的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中空调制冷技术中的圆管翅片式的换热器所存在的上述问题,提供一种低风阻管翅片式空气换热器。本实用新型设计低风阻翅片风冷式换热器,包括散热翅片、热管,其特征在于:热管为扁平的圆管,扁平的圆管的呈水平放置,扁平的圆管的横截面的长和高的比大于等于1.5,散热翅片有与扁平的圆管外轮廓相同的冲孔,扁平的圆管位于散热翅片的冲孔内,散热翅片上有多个冲孔,扁平的圆管上穿有过片散热翅片,散热翅片的冲孔边缘上设置有接触边,接触边与扁平的圆管外侧相抵触。扁平的圆管的横截面的轮廓线为椭圆。散热翅片为铝箔片。本实用新型的优点是能大幅度减小热管的风阻系数,提高热管的有效传热面积,提高换热器的换热效率,降低空调的能耗。

具体实施方式
图中包括散热翅片1、热管2,其特征在于:热管为扁平的圆管,扁平的圆管的呈水平放置,扁平的圆管的横截面的长和高的比大于等于1.5,散热翅片有与扁平的圆管外轮廓相同的冲孔,扁平的圆管位于散热翅片的冲孔内,散热翅片上有多个冲孔,扁平的圆管上穿有过片散热翅片,散热翅片的冲孔边缘上设置有接触边3,接触边与扁平的圆管外侧相抵触。扁平的圆管的横截面的轮廓线为椭圆。散热翅片为铝箔片。
换热器采用低风阻的扁平的圆管后,当空气沿扁平的圆管长轴方向吹动时,形成的尾涡损失小,流动的空气与扁平的圆管外围紧密接触的面积增大,使空气侧的对流热阻减小。在扁平的圆管内制冷剂流过内表面时接触面积增大,扰动加强。因此散热翅片效率提高,传热有效面积增加。在同样的热/冷负荷下,降低传热温差,从而降低/升高冷凝/蒸发温度和排/吸气压力,降低了压缩比,使压缩机负荷减轻,总输入功率降低,在同样的制冷/制热量的条件下,压缩机可以用小一档,换热器也可以适当减小,冷剂的加注量可以降低,同时由于尾涡的减小,实现了空气动力的噪音降低。

1.低风阻翅片风冷式换热器,包括散热翅片、热管,其特征在于:热管为扁平的圆管,扁平的圆管的呈水平放置,扁平的圆管的横截面的长和高的比大于等于1.5,散热翅片有与扁平的圆管外轮廓相同的冲孔,扁平的圆管位于散热翅片的冲孔内,散热翅片上有多个冲孔,扁平的圆管上穿有过片散热翅片,散热翅片的冲孔边缘上设置有接触边,接触边与扁平的圆管外侧相抵触。
2.按权利要求1所述的低风阻翅片风冷式换热器,其特征在于:扁平的圆管的横截面的轮廓线为椭圆。
3.按权利要求1所述的低风阻翅片风冷式换热器,其特征在于:散热翅片为铝箔片。
