本实用新型公开了一种推拉式球团双层生球筛，包括有生球上筛、生球下筛，所述的生球上筛与生球下筛之间设有横向滑轨，所述的横向滑轨固定安装于生球下筛的筛框上，生球上筛可沿横向滑轨横向滑动，生球上筛与横向滑轨通过螺栓固定配合。本实用新型球团双层生球筛的上筛出现问题时，直接将上筛推出检修；下筛不需停机处理；下筛更换零件时，直接将上筛推走，不需把上筛拆除并吊移，从而缩短设备维修时间且方便设备检修。

本实用新型涉及应用于冶金行业中球团矿生产过程中的双层生球筛，具体属于一种推拉式球团双层生球筛。
背景技术
目前国内球团生球筛均采用双层圆辊筛，上筛用螺栓固定在下筛筛框上。无论上筛或下筛出现故障，需要维修时必须上、下筛同时停机才能处理，处理时间长；当下筛需要更换零件时，需把上筛拆除并吊移才能处理。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种推拉式球团双层生球筛，球团双层生球筛的上筛出现问题时，直接将上筛推出检修；下筛不需停机处理；下筛更换零件时，直接将上筛推走，不需把上筛拆除并吊移，从而缩短设备维修时间且方便设备检修。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
推拉式球团双层生球筛，包括有生球上筛、生球下筛，所述的生球上筛与生球下筛之间设有横向滑轨，所述的横向滑轨固定安装于生球下筛的筛框上，生球上筛可沿横向滑轨横向滑动，生球上筛与横向滑轨通过螺栓固定配合。
所述的横向滑轨向外延伸到生球上筛外侧。
本实用新型在球团双层生球筛的上筛与下筛之间设计一对横向滑轨，该滑轨固定在下筛筛框上，将上筛通过螺丝固定在滑轨上，螺丝拆除后上筛可以横向滑动，将上筛与下筛分开。

2.根据权利要求1所述的推拉式球团双层生球筛，其特征在于：所述的生球上筛通过横向滑轨向外延伸到生球下筛外侧。
