背景技术
随着汽车行业的高速发展,人们对于汽车的依赖以及汽车启动电池的现状(更换速度快、环境污染、安全性能差、高低温性能差),锂离子电池组的出现给汽车启动电池的发展带来了曙光。目前的汽车启动电池主要是铅酸电池,铅酸电池体积大、重量大、对环境有高度污染、耐高低温程度低、更换频率高等。锂离子电池组具有体积小、比能量高、重量轻、对环境污染小、耐高低温程度高、循环寿命长等优点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全可靠、使用效果好的汽车启动用锂离子电池组。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种汽车启动用锂离子电池组,包括电池壳,电池壳内装有支架,支架内装有电芯,其特征是:支架的上方固定连接有保护板,电池壳上通过胶体封装有电池盖。
此结构中,所述电池盖上固定连接有防爆阀、把手和极柱,极柱与电芯相连接。
此结构中,所述电芯的排列方式为对称直排的排列方式。
本实用新型的优点效果在于:由于本实用新型的这种结构,便于操作与组装,保护板固定于支架上,布局合理,有效地利用已有空间,防爆阀的安装能及时有效的防止意外事故的发生,电芯采用磷酸铁锂材料,提高了电芯的安全性能与循环性能,所以使用本实用新型具有体积小、重量轻、结构简单的优点,便于连接、可以持续大电流充放电、安全系数高,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
本实用新型如图1、2、3、4、5所示,一种汽车启动用锂离子电池组,包括电池壳2,电池壳2内装有支架8,支架8内装有电芯7,其特征是:支架8的上方固定连接有保护板6,电池壳2上通过胶体封装有电池盖1;在本实施例中,所述电池盖1上固定连接有防爆阀3、把手4和极柱5,极柱5与电芯7相连接;在本实施例中,所述电芯7的排列方式为对称直排的排列方式。
极柱采用耐腐蚀性强、导电性能好的黄铜材料;支架采用材料化学性质稳定耐热性好、绝缘性好、阻燃聚丙烯PP材料;电池壳和电池盖采用抗冲击能力强、电绝缘性较好,并且几乎不受温度、湿度和频率的影响,可在大多数环境下使用的ABS树脂材料。
电芯采用磷酸铁锂材料,具有循环寿命长,安全性能高等特征。
焊接完毕保护板的电芯进行绝缘包装入电池壳内。
本实用新型设计巧妙,电芯组合方式及焊接方式合理灵活、便于操作、安全性能高、循环寿命长,符合汽车启动电池组的基本要求。适用于煤矿、道路照明、农业、旅游业、广告业、服务业、山区、林区、铁路、石油、部队边防哨所、通讯中继站、公路和铁路信号站、地质勘探和野外考察工作站及其它用电不便地区。

1.一种汽车启动用锂离子电池组,包括电池壳(2),电池壳(2)内装有支架(8),支架(8)内装有电芯(7),其特征是:支架(8)的上方固定连接有保护板(6),电池壳(2)上通过胶体封装有电池盖(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车启动用锂离子电池组,其特征在于:所述电池盖(1)上固定连接有防爆阀(3)、把手(4)和极柱(5),极柱(5)与电芯(7)相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车启动用锂离子电池组,其特征在于:所述电芯(7)的排列方式为对称直排的排列方式。
