一般利用激光刻划的薄膜太阳能透光组件,随着透光率的提高(主要是提高激光刻划次数),损失的功率也会成几何级数的增加。如何使薄膜太阳能透光组件在满足透光性的情况下,减少功率的损失,成为需要解决的问题。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种透光性好,功率损失少的薄膜太阳能透光组件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种薄膜太阳能透光组件,包括薄膜太阳能芯片、封装材料和透明玻璃;所述薄膜太阳能芯片的背光面设有多条纵向的透光槽和多条横向的汇流条;所述多条横向的汇流条将纵向的透光槽间隔成若干小段;所述透明玻璃通过封装材料封装在薄膜太阳能芯片的背面。
所述薄膜太阳能芯片包括依次设置的透明玻璃衬底、前电极层、薄膜光电转换层和背电极层。
所述薄膜太阳能芯片的背光面的透光槽和汇流条通过在薄膜太阳能芯片的受光面制备掩膜后经激光刻划而成。
采用了上述技术方案后,本实用新型具有以下的有益效果:本实用新型通过汇流条将透光槽之间的区域并联,极大的降低了功率损失,并且可以通过调节汇流条的分布以及透光槽的数量来调节透光性,从而满足用户对透光性以及功率的双重需求,增加了产品的丰富性以及实用性。

(实施例1)
见图1和图2,本实施例的薄膜太阳能透光组件,包括薄膜太阳能芯片1、封装材料2和透明玻璃3。
薄膜太阳能芯片1的背光面设有多条纵向的透光槽11和多条横向的汇流条12。多条横向的汇流条12将纵向的透光槽11间隔成若干小段。透明玻璃3通过封装材料2封装在薄膜太阳能芯片1的背面。薄膜太阳能芯片1包括依次设置的透明玻璃衬底1-1、前电极层1-2、薄膜光电转换层1-3和背电极层1-4。
薄膜太阳能芯片1的背光面的透光槽11和汇流条12通过在薄膜太阳能芯片1的受光面制备掩膜后经激光刻划而成。其原理是:先在薄膜太阳能芯片1的受光面制备掩膜,然后通过激光纵向刻划透光槽11,由于掩膜的遮挡,掩膜下方形成汇流条12,使得未被激光刻划的区域通过汇流条12并联,加大了电流的收集,从而提高了激光透光芯片的功率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜太阳能透光组件,其特征在于:所述薄膜太阳能芯片(1)包括依次设置的透明玻璃衬底(1-1)、前电极层(1-2)、薄膜光电转换层(1-3)和背电极层(1-4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜太阳能透光组件,其特征在于:所述薄膜太阳能芯片(1)的背光面的透光槽(11)和汇流条(12)通过在薄膜太阳能芯片(1)的受光面制备掩膜后经激光刻划而成。
