Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种光伏瓦,所述光伏瓦包括从上而下依次层压的钢化玻璃层、EVA层、光伏电池、EVA层和陶瓷瓦片基板;所述钢化玻璃层上表面还设有同一材质一体设置的半凸镜。通过在钢化玻璃层上表面设置半凸镜既可以提高光伏瓦的强度又可以通过凸镜的光汇聚作用来提高太阳光的利用率。

本实用新型涉及一种光伏瓦。
背景技术
现有的太阳能光伏发电以其无污染;能源质量高;获取能源花费的时间短和供电系统工作可靠等优点赢得了较好的市场前景。我国太阳能光伏电池生产也进入了高速发展的时代。现有的光伏产业向着光伏建筑一体化的方向发展,然而现有的光伏瓦强度较低无法适应冰雹和风沙等较恶劣的天气。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种强度较大的光伏瓦。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案提供了一种光伏瓦,所述光伏瓦包括从上而下依次层压的钢化玻璃层、EVA层、光伏电池、EVA层和陶瓷瓦片基板;所述钢化玻璃层上表面还设有同一材质一体设置的半凸镜。通过在钢化玻璃层上表面设置半凸镜既可以提高光伏瓦的强度又可以通过凸镜的光汇聚作用来提高太阳光的利用率。
作为优选地,所述半凸镜表面设有TPT封装层。这样的设计可以进一步加强对半凸镜的保护。
所述钢化玻璃层厚度为6-8mm。这样的设计是对方案的进一步优化。
作为优选地,所述半凸镜厚度为3-4mm。这样的设计是对方案的进一步优化。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于:通过在钢化玻璃层上表面设置半凸镜既可以提高光伏瓦的强度又可以通过凸镜的光汇聚作用来提高太阳光的利用率。

如图1所示,一种光伏瓦,所述光伏瓦包括从上而下依次层压的钢化玻璃层1、EVA层2、光伏电池3、EVA层2和陶瓷瓦片基板4;所述钢化玻璃层1上表面还设有同一材质一体设置的半凸镜5。
所述半凸镜5表面设有TPT封装层6。
所述钢化玻璃层1厚度为6-8mm。
所述半凸镜5厚度为3-4mm。
