本实用新型公开一种耐磨角式截止阀,包括阀座、阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀盖和气缸,阀盖安装在阀体上,气缸固定在阀盖上,气缸的输出轴经连接块与阀杆连成一体,阀瓣固定在阀杆的下端,关闭时阀瓣压在阀座上,阀体的阀腔为自上而下的直角型结构,阀座为衬套外置式,连接在阀体上。本实用新型的优点是结构简单,自上而下的压力密封性能好,阀体的阀腔为自上而下的直角型结构有利于减少介质转弯次数与介质在阀体内的残留,有效提高内腔和流道耐磨耐冲刷能力,延长阀门使用寿命;阀座维修更换方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种主要运用在石油化工、煤化工、冶金等行业,介质为气-固或液-固两相流、气-液-固三相流工况的耐磨角式截止阀。
背景技术
传统的石油化工行业阀门的自动化程度低,随着石油化工、煤化工、冶金等装置不断地向高参数大型化、一体化的发展,装置上需要用到大量耐磨阀,尤其是介质为气-固或液-固两相流、气-液-固三相流工况,介质中含有固体颗粒、颗粒度细和硬度值高,使用常规的阀门容易出现如下问题:
1、常规的闸阀使用在含有固体颗粒管线上,阀门密封面容易出现严重的磨损和冲刷,同时介质容易积在不平顺的闸阀凹穴流道上造成阀门关闭不到位,造成阀门功能失效; 
2、常规的硬密封阀门在打开过程中介质容易进入腔体,阀门使用一阶段后颗粒会堆积在阀门腔体内,造成球体的活动间隙被固体颗粒堵死,造成球体转动困难,使阀门不能正常启闭;
3、常规的截止阀门(如图1)流道呈S型,流道形状复杂,流阻大,颗粒介质会堆在阀腔造成阀门关不到位,容易出现阀瓣和阀座冲刷,阀座维修更换不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种结构简单、密封性能可靠,耐磨耐冲刷、使用寿命长的耐磨角式截止阀。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种耐磨角式截止阀,包括阀座、密封垫片、阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、上密封座、填料、阀盖、衬套、气缸,阀盖安装在阀体上,气缸固定在阀盖上,气缸的输出轴经连接块与阀杆连成一体,阀瓣固定在阀杆的下端,关闭时阀瓣压在阀座上,所述阀体的内阀腔为自上而下的直角型结构,阀座为衬套外置式,连接在阀体上。
所述阀瓣、阀杆、阀体内腔、上密封座、阀座及阀座通道表面喷涂有耐磨合金层。
所述阀瓣通过阀瓣盖与阀杆的下端连接。
本实用新型的有益效果: 
1)阀体的内阀腔为自上而下的直角型结构,达到最有效的自上而下的压力密封效果,阀杆刚性更好、密封性能可靠;有利于减少介质转弯次数与介质在阀体内的残留,有效地解决介质堆积在腔体内阀门开关不到位问题;
2)阀瓣、阀杆、阀体内腔、上密封座、阀座及阀座通道表面喷涂有耐磨合金层,能有效提高内腔和流道耐磨耐冲刷能力,延长阀门使用寿命;
3)阀座为衬套外置式,维修更换时不需要阀门解体,阀座维修更换方便。

如图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种耐磨角式截止阀,包括阀座1、密封垫片2、阀体3、阀瓣4、阀杆5、上密封座6、填料7、阀盖8、衬套9、螺母10、螺柱11、连接块12、气缸输出轴13、气缸14和阀瓣盖15,阀盖8安装在阀体3上用螺柱11螺母10锁紧,气缸14固定在阀盖8上,气缸的输出轴13经连接块12与阀杆5连成一体,阀瓣4固定在阀杆5的下端经阀瓣盖15连接。
关闭时气缸输出轴13往下运动把阀瓣4压在阀座1上,开启时气缸输出轴13往上运动使阀瓣4脱离阀座1,阀瓣往上运动靠阀杆限位凸台101顶到上密封座限位台阶102,上密封座的上面设有一填料7,阀杆5的上下运动靠衬套9内孔定位,衬套外置式阀座1连接在阀体3上。
阀体3的内阀腔为自上而下的直角型结构,能最有效的自上而下的压力密封,同时又有利于减少介质转弯次数与介质在阀体内的残留,阀杆刚性更好、密封性能可靠;阀瓣4、阀杆5、阀体的内腔、上密封座、阀座通道表面喷涂有耐磨合金层,能有效提高内腔和流道耐磨耐冲刷能力,延长阀门使用寿命;阀座采用衬套外置式,维修更换时不需要阀门解体,阀座维修更换方便。

1.一种耐磨角式截止阀,包括阀座、阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀盖和气缸,阀盖安装在阀体上,气缸固定在阀盖上,气缸的输出轴经连接块与阀杆连成一体,阀瓣固定在阀杆的下端,关闭时阀瓣压在阀座上,其特征在于:所述阀体的内阀腔为自上而下的直角型结构,阀座为衬套外置式,连接在阀体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣、阀杆、阀体的内腔、阀座及阀座通道表面喷涂有耐磨合金层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣通过阀瓣盖与阀杆的下端连接。
