本实用新型涉及一种光缆护套电动纵向切割机,能方便的实现光缆护套连续纵向切割,满足光缆护套机械物理性能检测的需要。 
背景技术
光缆护套机械物理性能是光缆产品的重要性能之一,在检验光缆产品时需要对光缆护套进行纵向切割,然后用冲刀将护套冲成符合标准规定的“哑铃片”,进而进行机械物理性能测试。目前光缆护套纵向切割均是人工用手工锯来锯光缆护套,由于光缆护套直径小,人工锯时不容易锯直,稍有偏差就不能制取符合要求的试样,所以效率很低,质量得不到保证。 
发明内容
为了克服人工纵向切割光缆护套的不足,本实用新型提供一种光缆护套电动纵向切割机,可实现连续的电动切割,该切割机具有结构简单,切割速度快,切割缝隙小,切割质量高的特点。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:光缆护套在模套内被径向定位,纵向可移动;模套上设置有锯片槽,使锯片能够径向穿过模套,实现光缆护套纵向对半切割;锯片由电动机驱动,实现光缆护套电动切割。

图中,1光缆护套  2模套定位钉  3固定套  4模套  5锯片轴  6锯片  7固定座。 
具体实施方式
光缆护套(1)在模套(4)内可轴向移动,径向受模套约束,使其在模套内径向移动量没有,或者非常小。模套(4)中间部位开有锯片槽,槽的宽度略宽于锯片(6)宽度,锯片槽径向穿过模套(4),保证光缆护套被一次纵切成两对半。模套(4)安装在固定套(3)内,并用模套定位钉(2)进行定位,使模套在固定套内的径向和轴向固定。固定套固定在固定座(7)上。锯片(6)安装在锯片轴(5)上。 
进行光缆护套(1)切割时,锯片(6)和模套(4)不移动,光缆护套(1)纵向移动。电机通过减速系统带动锯片轴(5)及锯片(6)旋转,人工方式连续将光缆护套(1)送入模套(4),在高速旋转的锯片(6)作用下,光缆护套(1)被切割成两对半。可实现连续大长度的切割。 
根据光缆护套(1)外径,模套(4)有多中规格,各种规格模套的外径相同,并与固定套内径向适应,模套(4)内径为10mm~30mm,分若干个规格。

1.一种光缆护套电动纵向切割机,其特征是:光缆护套在模套内被径向定位,纵向可移动;模套上设置有锯片槽,使锯片能够径向穿过模套,实现光缆护套纵向对半切割;锯片用电动机驱动,实现光缆护套电动切割。
