背景技术
胶带生产完成后是整体的一版，做成成品需要对整体的一版胶带分割成不同的宽度。目前常用的切割方式特别是较厚的钢丝绳胶带，工业用胶带等是由工人手持切割机通过卡尺等辅助工具，根据实际需要手工切割。切割的精度不高，并且还会带来诸多的安全隐患。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可以克服上述缺陷，能够方便切割胶带，特别是较厚的工业胶带的胶带切割装置。
本实用新型所提供的胶带切割装置，包括胶带输送线，其特征是，切割装置设置在胶带输送线的末端，切割装置包括支架，支架的顶部安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆末端安装有圆锯片，圆锯片外接电动机。
气缸通过滑轨设置在支架的顶部。气缸通过滑轨可沿支架滑动，可根据需要沿边切割不同宽度的胶带。
气缸为多部。设置多部气缸可通过调节相邻气缸之间的宽度，也就是调整相邻圆锯片的宽度可以同时切割不同宽度的胶带。
本实用新型的有益效果是，在合理的位置设置合理的切割装置，可以自动完成切割工作，大量解放人工，不仅提高工作效率，更大大提高工作的安全性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1所示的胶带切割装置，包括胶带输送线6，切割装置设置在胶带输送线的末端，切割装置包括支架1，支架1的顶部安装有气缸2，气缸2的活塞杆末端安装有圆锯片3，圆锯片3外接电动机4。
气缸2通过滑轨5设置在支架1的顶部。气缸2通过滑轨5可沿支架1滑动，可根据需要沿边切割不同宽度的胶带。
气缸为多部。设置多部气缸可通过调节相邻气缸之间的宽度，也就是调整相邻圆锯片的宽度可以同时切割不同宽度的胶带。
胶带输送线上输出的胶带，直接进入支架1，出支架1时便由圆锯片对胶带进行切割，完成胶带成品。

1.一种胶带切割装置，包括胶带输送线，其特征是，切割装置设置在胶带输送线的末端，切割装置包括支架，支架的顶部安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆末端安装有圆锯片，圆锯片外接电动机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶带切割装置，其特征是，所述的气缸通过滑轨设置在支架的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶带切割装置，其特征是，所述的气缸为多部。
