背景技术
在现有技术中，高速磨床电主轴用的轴芯的转速不可调整，而在高转速下精度不足，惯量大，砂轮座的结构复杂且不能更换，而且使用寿命短，需要频繁更换等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种两端可安装砂轮的轴芯组件，它解决了现有技术的不足。
本实用新型技术解决方案是包括有轴芯（1），轴芯（1）中部的转子（3），轴肩套（2），其特别在于在轴芯（1）的两端均设有砂轮安装位。
本实用新型所述的砂轮安装位的锥度为1：10。
本实用新型轴芯组件的转子（3）直接过盈安装在轴芯上，当电机接通三相交流电时，转子和轴芯就以同步转速旋转，轴芯左右两端有锥度为1：10砂轮安装位，工作时，把砂轮直接安装在轴芯两端的砂轮安装位上并用螺母锁紧，当轴芯旋转时两端的砂轮也以同样的转速旋转，从而实现两端砂轮同时加工的目的。
本实用新型的优点在于：
1、结构简单灵活；
2、自动定心精度和旋转精度高；
3、转矩大，转矩可以达到6N.m；
4、砂轮直接安装在轴芯上，传递效率高、可靠性强安全性好；
5、可以同时安装两个砂轮，并同时加工两个工件，生产效率和经济效益高。

根据图1所示，本实用新型在现有的轴芯（1），轴芯（1）中部的转子（3），轴肩套（2），在轴芯（1）的两端均设有砂轮安装位。
